Needed to keep an eye out on an aging relative and these cameras have been perfect. The solar panels keep the batteries fresh and the picture is crystal clear as well as sound. Everyone feels safer and the relative feels watched over and cared for while they’re up and running.

So disappointed in Arlo due to internet issues. Had to switch internet provider and now Arlo will not connect due to requiring 2.4 bandwidth and won’t run off of 5 .. had the outside cameras as well and two months after warranty expired they suddenly won’t connect..I subscribed to the premium package so I would have extra coverage. Loved the quality and features of these cameras but now they are totally useless., so unhappy Arlo!! Do better!

Everything is great until the "free" subscription runs out. Pretty much useless as a security system without the subscription. Only live feeds are available, you can't view recordings (no feed views without subscription). I wouldn't mind so much if the price wasn't astronomical, it's 17.99 per month for more than one camera, which is a total rip-off. I wish I had researched this more before purchasing.

Bought this product because it had lots of promise. However it failed to deliver. Issues: *Must have subscription to record *There are no mounting brackets for the solar panels, so I guess you're supposed to just let them hang? Ended up buying separately. *Cameras would not connect. Took an 82 minute call to tech support to resolve. Had to reset all network connections in my phone (which is not a great solution). *Website says there is chat support, but there isn't.

Had older Arlo cameras for a long time and was excited to get this upgrade a month ago. They haven’t worked a single day yet. Arlo customer service has been dismissive and passive about resolution. Apparently there are known issues with these and Verizon home networks. Multiple phone calls for help and no call backs when promised.

Returned it dont wanna pay monthly for storage of videos

We have had Arlo cameras the last 5 years and were happy. We decided to add a few more with this package. We did not realize a subscription was required to capture video. What a waste of a good reputation. Do not buy unless you don't mind spending extra money. *Notice all the 5 star reviews are promotional participation. Don't be fooled like us

Absolute garbage. 1st one failed after 13 months and was out of warranty. Now I changed internet service provders and the cameras cannot switch tonthe new network. After 3 days of arguing with Arlo tech support we were able to prove it was their hardware and there reponse is "so sorry you are out of warranty." Definately pass of these devices.

Do not buy. Unlike previous Arlo cameras you must buy a subscription to record any of the videos. After 30 days you will have to buy to record events such as motion detection etc. it’s a minimum of $18 a moth billed annually. The is $216 days each payment

Don’t waste your money! You have to purchase a monthly subscription in order to capture video. You can get a notification on movement but when you go to look at it, there’s no video. I’ve confirmed with the company, this is a premium feature. The cameras are useless without capturing video.
