Needed to keep an eye out on an aging relative and these cameras have been perfect. The solar panels keep the batteries fresh and the picture is crystal clear as well as sound. Everyone feels safer and the relative feels watched over and cared for while they’re up and running.

I purchased this for my son but he made other arrangements but this was a good buy

I love it I needed this for a long time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is small and compact. Setup was a breeze once you download the app. Haven’t had it in very rough weather but it has held up fine in the rain. I also used it indoors as a secondary baby monitor and it works great for that too. The image is clear and crisp. Much better than our other brand of monitors. Motion detection is fast and the app notifies you quick. It also has a light built in so once it has some motion it’ll also turn on when it’s dark outside.

Love how easy it is set up and the video is really clear, even at night. App is simple too. Just wish it didn't require a subscription for full features

Good cameras, but right after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty one quit working and will not charge. So, not very durable in my opinion.

Bought this product because it had lots of promise. However it failed to deliver. Issues: *Must have subscription to record *There are no mounting brackets for the solar panels, so I guess you're supposed to just let them hang? Ended up buying separately. *Cameras would not connect. Took an 82 minute call to tech support to resolve. Had to reset all network connections in my phone (which is not a great solution). *Website says there is chat support, but there isn't.

Don’t waste your money! You have to purchase a monthly subscription in order to capture video. You can get a notification on movement but when you go to look at it, there’s no video. I’ve confirmed with the company, this is a premium feature. The cameras are useless without capturing video.

Do not buy. Unlike previous Arlo cameras you must buy a subscription to record any of the videos. After 30 days you will have to buy to record events such as motion detection etc. it’s a minimum of $18 a moth billed annually. The is $216 days each payment

Absolute garbage. 1st one failed after 13 months and was out of warranty. Now I changed internet service provders and the cameras cannot switch tonthe new network. After 3 days of arguing with Arlo tech support we were able to prove it was their hardware and there reponse is "so sorry you are out of warranty." Definately pass of these devices.
