This is a TV I never knew I needed it in my life. I am absolutely in love with the LED lighting, eliminating adapting to the TV screen. I love how the Roku is built in easy to use and navigate. My only two issues with the stands and the sound quality. I've taken out and screwed them in multiple times the TV stands, but they remain shaky and unstable. I currently have the TV prompted on an old nightstand, but currently not interested in doing a wall mount. The song quality for me sounds muted, and I will look into resolving that issue by getting a sound bar in the future. Overall, absolutely love the TV and will be getting future ambience light TV

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought this TV a few weeks ago for my patio and have been extremely impressed. I originally went into the search expecting to end up with either a Vizio or a Samsung and did not plan on buying a Philips at all. That changed once I saw this model in the store and noticed the ambient lighting feature. The lighting adds a whole new dimension to watching TV, especially outdoors. It is bright, responsive, and genuinely enhances the viewing experience in a way that is hard to appreciate until you see it in person. I tried to attach a photo but Sam's website keeps erroring out on the photo attachment. Another big plus is that this is a Roku TV. The interface is simple, fast, and makes switching between apps effortless. Everything just works without any unnecessary complexity. Picture quality is excellent, the TV feels well built, and for the price, this is an outstanding value. I could not be happier with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it, especially for anyone setting up an outdoor or patio space. On a side note, I picked up the Philips soundbar too and the setup was flawless. I literally plugged it in and the Roku TV recognized it immediately. No settings to change, no prompts to click through, nothing. The TV's built-in sound is only okay, which is what you'd expect with ultra-thin TVs, so an inexpensive soundbar is the perfect fix. Since this is on my patio, I planned to add one either way.

Not great, it needed to go. I was thrilled to receive this Phillips TV and promptly set it up. Set up was super easy and took no time at all (had my bf on speed dial in case I needed any help!), and I was amazed by the vividness in the color and the crispness of the image. I put on a few different videos to test out the colors, some nature videos, video game play throughs, movies I knew had vibrant scenes. I'm intrigued by the technology that allows the color to change so quickly, and appreciate that there's also the option to shut it off if the occasion requires it. Sound is clear and with no delay, and the control is easy to use. Maybe best of all? Hover your hand over the screen and there's no heat radiating from it! What a godsend!

The sound and quality is magical and the touch of light with picture movement adds to the dramatic and realistic affect. Remote doesn't require much. Super simple to use and straight to the point. It was super easy to transfer all my accounts and apps to TV.

This is my 2nd Ambilight tv purchase in a month. This Philips TV with Roku levels up from every other TV in the market. Ambilight is a game changer for me. Literally boring watching TV without Ambilight now. Even my screen saver with scrolling Roku City lights up the entire room at night in a cool purple glow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Ambilight Roku TV is a great television to use. It's very user friendly and the UI is easy to use and access. I definitely enjoy the backlit LEDs and how it integrates with whatever you watch or play on the TV. It comes with the ability to turn off the backlights if it becomes too much or want it to be dimmer in the room. The resolution is pretty great too, comparable to other leading brands. The operating system is quick and very responsive with no lags in between use and opening apps is a breeze. Overall the TV is very well worth it.

I just got this in the 65” size and it's beautiful! The display itself is very vibrant and crisp with amazing viewing angles. I would almost think it's a premium display! The built in LEDs in the back of the TV is what steals the show. It's made my viewing experience so much more amplified when I am watching movies and shows. It makes it that much more of an engaging and fun experience. Everyone is always amazed when they come over. Go get this TV!! It would also make an amazing gift for the holidays

I was skeptical about the Ambilight feature but I took a chance on a 55" Ambilight TV. I am so glad that I did because having the backlight thingies on the TV makes such a huge difference. the shows and movies seem to come more alive and are more compelling to watch than other TVs I have owned. I love the backdrops feature and adding Ambilight to the artwork makes this too a more exciting experience. I was also happy with the picture and sound quality for the price I paid.
