I felt a general uplift in mood, and it has continued. Recently, I have experienced some burps after taking it, but it doesn't bother me because they don't last. The pills have a taste that is not unpleasant, but I take them with a good amount of water, so that is not an issue for me. I will keep taking them!

Saffron supposedly combine with ashwagandha and rhodiola helps boost your mood, reduce effects of stress and boost your mental performance. This came in a perfect time. I'm in the process of buying a house, while also working full time and going to college. I will get all the help this product has to offer me managing stress, fatigue, anxiety and exhaustion. I've noticed a huge improvement on my daily mood. I'm not that cranky anymore and I can manage daily life responsibilities. The only thing is, I wish the bottle was smaller.
