This lifted me right out of my recent depression quickly and is slowly eliminating my anxiety. I am only taking one per day and it is still working well. After discussing this with my doctor I started taking 1 capsule a day for a week. After no side effects of upset stomach etc I started talking the recommend 2 capsules a day. This product is not a total fix all and will take more than a 30 day supply to total feel the true benefits of the ingredients, which i why I have purchased another bottle. I think the only thing I've noticed them doing, was possibly making me feel more tired. So I switched from taking them in the morning, to taking them at nighttime instead. I no longer feel that extra sleepiness during the day, but other than that, there's no other symptoms I've experienced.
