I have been going through the perimenopause/menopause stage and I caught this out of the corner of my eye. saffron almost immediately within the first 5 days, I could feel my anxiety stress and mood calm down. I have no problem with sleeping so I'm unable to speak about if it helps you sleep. but I can tell you that my night sweats by day 5 we're no longer drenched clothes more pull the blankets off and I was fine. I took the recommended daily amount 30 minutes apart. just to make sure that it wouldn't bother my stomach. it did not I would highly recommend this to be part of your daily vitamin intake

I was excited when I got the opportunity to try this supplement, to maybe calm my brain down a bit! I have a lot of hard health and life things going on- so this really was, the perfect timing to start! It's unfortunately too soon to feel or notice a difference however in terms of, if this is helping at all or not. But so far no complaints! I like brand and truly appreciate the fact that they are in gel caps, that can either be opened or melt semi easy for those like me, that have severe absorption issues. Definitely read about this supplement before taking but at this point, I have no complaints! Great company!

It's like My moods all over the place. SO I've tried ashwagangha products. But, not nothing like this with the Rhodiola Extract Root. And the Affron Saffron extract. And these 3 things together has been a game changer. I definitely feel a more calming effect, more chill, more focused. And it's a great supplement. They have a slight taste. But not too bad. I can just taste it a little bit when I put the capsules in my mouth. I would recommend this to anyone who's like me. And struggling with your mood and focus.
