First I was little hesitated to take this as ashawaganda in the past left me hallucinated. But when I started taking this, it makes a huge difference in my life. I only take one pill at night and I sleep like a baby and when I wake up in the morning, I'm so fresh and light and also I feel less hungry than before. I believe its really helping me in premenopausal journey!

I have been going through the perimenopause/menopause stage and I caught this out of the corner of my eye. saffron almost immediately within the first 5 days, I could feel my anxiety stress and mood calm down. I have no problem with sleeping so I'm unable to speak about if it helps you sleep. but I can tell you that my night sweats by day 5 we're no longer drenched clothes more pull the blankets off and I was fine. I took the recommended daily amount 30 minutes apart. just to make sure that it wouldn't bother my stomach. it did not I would highly recommend this to be part of your daily vitamin intake

This lifted me right out of my recent depression quickly and is slowly eliminating my anxiety. I am only taking one per day and it is still working well. I have tried many supplements over the last couple of years, and this works the best. I plan on continuing to use it for a long time to come, in conjunction with daily magnesium. Great stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't really sure what to expect when taking these pills, but I thought they would do something. I think the only thing I've noticed them doing, was possibly making me feel more tired. So I switched from taking them in the morning, to taking them at nighttime instead. I no longer feel that extra sleepiness during the day, but other than that, there's no other symptoms I've experienced.
