I have a lot of hard health and life things going on- so this really was, the perfect timing to start! It's unfortunately too soon to feel or notice a difference however in terms of, if this is helping at all or not. But so far no complaints! I like brand and truly appreciate the fact that they are in gel caps, that can either be opened or melt semi easy for those like me, that have severe absorption issues. Definitely read about this supplement before taking but at this point, I have no complaints! Great company!
