I have struggled with Pmdd since my early teens and felt i had reached a point of excepting the pain, struggles, and lack of quality of life leading up too my monthly. After discussing this with my doctor I started taking 1 capsule a day for a week. After no side effects of upset stomach etc I started talking the recommend 2 capsules a day.
