The picture is great and most importantly to me the setup and operation of the menu is straightforward. No more. It took 'e several hours to get the ate set up and I am tech savvy. The complexity of the initial setup and ongoing menu is ridiculous. Next time I will buy an LG or anything else. What a shame.

Samsung has made an upscale, affordable product. Works seamlessly with the samsung sound ar we already had. The only request would be having more ports to hook up dvd, blue ray players. If you are a technerd like my husband, having more ports would be favorable.

My remote for my other TV Roku is 9 years old and I have only had to replace batteries. Very frustrating. Guess I will have to buy another remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether we are watching an action-packed film with lots of explosions or listening to the Symphony, the sound quality is incredible The crystal clear resolution is amazing when you can see blades of grass on the field when you're watching a soccer match on TV along with the brightness and the color which add to the overall experience where you feel like you're right there in the stands watching the match live! The Aesthetics are impressive as the TV is beautifully designed so it looks good in any room. I like the security features where we can have the TV shut off at a certain time as well block out certain channels for the children.
