Great TV volume is ehh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say that this was the absolute best TV, if the volume was better. It tends to run very low even if you have it turned up high. So that's a bummer. Other then that, a beautiful picture, easy to set up, menu is easy to navigate. Would recommend to a friend to buy

My Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung 50" Crystal UHD U7900F, and I have to say—this TV exceeded my expectations in just about every way. First, the picture quality is outstanding. The 4K resolution is crisp and vibrant, with colors that really pop without looking over-processed. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or streaming shows, everything looks clean, sharp, and immersive. Samsung’s Crystal Processor does a great job upscaling lower-resolution content, making even older shows look noticeably better. Best Buy The design is sleek and modern, with a slim profile that fits perfectly in my space. It doesn’t feel bulky at all, and it adds a nice, clean aesthetic to the room. I also really appreciate the smart features. The built-in Tizen OS makes it easy to access all my favorite apps—Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and more—without needing extra devices. Navigation is smooth, and everything loads quickly. Samsung Another big plus is the value for the price. This TV delivers a premium viewing experience without the premium price tag. It’s perfect for anyone who wants excellent performance without stepping into OLED or QLED price ranges. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that the refresh rate is standard (60Hz), so it’s not ideal for hardcore gamers—but for everyday viewing, it’s more than enough.

Enjoy TV again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person with limited vision my new Samsung 65” Crystal TV allows me to enjoy watching tv again. I had a smaller Samsung, 40”, before and the picture was not as clear to me. I had a hard time reading what scrolled across the screen and what was happening on screen. For people with low vision l would recommend this tv for more enjoyable watching.

Waste of money

Other than the clear picture, this is the worst TV I've ever owned. The lagging and interruptions are so bad that I don't even really use it, I use my laptop. I have fiber optic internet and did not have issues with my previous TV nor do I have connection issues with any other electronics in my house. The firmware is updated and I have run the device care several times. Such a waste of money and so disappointing.

Great TV - software could be faster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very aesthetically pleasing TV and is very slim considering the high resolution, brightness, contrast and vibrancy. My only complaint is that the internal software is a little slow, but it's not a huge deal considering the size and image quality

Affordable quality T.V

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a budget for purchasing home equipment and I came across this televisión unsure what I was going yo get for the price point but it's way better than I expected. The quality of the picture is amazing and I love how it has all these smart features. Another plus is having Samsung T.V Plus where I have access to thousands of channels.

Great TV picture and perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect TV for our outdoor patio. Looks good mounted on the wall and has a great picture. Smart TV with plenty of apps. With internet access, you can scrap cable TV and stream loads of shows, channels, and networks.

Not a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cheap tv. It's very slow and not bright even when adjusting the color. I don't care for the setup line. I LOVE SAMSUNG. My family phones and other tvs are all samsung BUT this tv disappointed me so much. The pro is the samsung channels. I do like that it has its own tv channels .

Hi Shirls, We’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the picture quality on your Samsung U7900F TV. If the image appears too dark, we suggest disabling certain energy-saving features, which can automatically adjust brightness and affect how the screen looks. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer. You can also adjust the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode • Standard – Default mode for general viewing • Dynamic – Brighter and clearer, ideal for well-lit rooms • Movie – Best for dark room viewing • Eco – Energy-saving mode • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content as intended by creators To fine-tune brightness, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, then adjust the Brightness level (0–50) to your preference. Lastly, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now We hope these tips help improve your viewing experience. If you need further support, feel free to contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun. Hi caesarc6, Thank you for reaching out to us. If your remote isn’t responding, here are a few quick steps to help determine if it’s working correctly: 1. Check the batteries: Remove the back cover of your remote and replace the batteries with a fresh set, ensuring they are inserted in the correct direction. 2. Test for infrared signal: Point the front of the remote at your smartphone camera. While holding down any button, you should see a flashing light through the camera screen. (For iPhone users, the front-facing camera works best.) If you see the light, your remote is working and may need to be re-paired with your TV. 3. Point the remote correctly: Try pointing the remote directly at the TV from about 5-6 feet away. This can help ensure a clearer signal between the remote and the TV. Finally, please ensure your TV is running the latest Firmware. Go to Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now. Should you need more help, we're here for you.
