I just love how easily the set up is Samsung just keeps getting better and better i have bought Samsung. Tv over the years but this one is the best. I love the brightness is so clear also like uniformity. Upscaling plus you can't beat responsiveness is so quick. The contrast is something you're looking at the screen is like jump out of the TV and the price you just can't beat.

First love the TV and for the price it was great. The picture is great, color is outstanding, Brightness is just right, as for the contrast it is as well great. The responsiveness of the remote is great. When I look to upgrade I will be looking at Samsung.

This is a TV for people who have never had a better TV or don't know/don't care about TV. I own a QLED, this U series was given as a house warming gift and it is quite possibly the worst TV I've ever owned. The software is slow as molasses - always a 2 second delay after any button press. The software is constantly shoving certain content in your face (why is Fox News a permanent tile on the home page?). Twitch app can only be used from the asinine gaming page, and cannot be added to the list of apps on the home page. So every time I want to watch Twitch the quickest way is to go to recent searches and open it there. Horrid UX. Absolutely hate this TV and can't wait to replace it. So in short, if you're looking for an absolute piece of trash then look no further.

tv is pretty good overall. The colors are good, the contrast is good the remote functions are good. I do not use a separate surround sound or center channel so just using the speakers of the tv itself is really lacking. Some better quality speakers would be a better tv in my opinion.

I love my Samsung tv, picture quality is great. Also, very pleased when connecting other devices integration was made easy! However, there always seems to be some issues when trying to use my FUBO app, I've had to delete the app and reload it 3 times, some attention needs to be placed with FUBO app issues!

I absolutely love the color this tv produces as well as the brightness. I'm not one with keeping my tv bright at night but it gives multiple different options of reducing that. Super easy to manage this TV. Every app is easily accessible as well as games. Definitely recommend this TV.

Overall the tv has been amazing!!! Picture quality is soooo good and the interface is easy to navigate once setup is complete. Initial setup can be somewhat daunting when it's your first big product with smart hub. Early on there was an issue where the remote that came with it quit working and was then doing weird things depending on the button you pressed. Used smart hub through my phone for a few months to control it and pulled out the remote the other day and it's all of the sudden working. Don't know if it was a bug that was fixed but I'm happy with it working now either way. Honestly that's my only complaint about this tv. Updates are easy to install and apps are as well. Overall a very good product. If it weren't for the remote issue i would have 0 complaints.

Purchased another Samsung TV. This one is the largest at 75”. It's amazing! Might be a little too big for the room, but we don't have a problem. The picture quality is fantastic! Only tweak I would like to see is with the remote. I would love to have numbers on there but I guess too many people stream rather than hopping to their favorite channel.
