Poor warranty service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with my TV, till about 8 months of owning when the screen went out. I have been waiting for a month for any kind of warranty service. After talking to warranty reps it is going to be atleast another 2 weeks before I will have a working tv. Not sure if I will buy another Samsung TV after dealing with rude reps and such a long wait for warranty work.

Excellent choice!

After looking at a view models I found that this one had the best display and to me, the best sound. After using it for a while I am completely satisfied with the purchase. The colors are great and frame rate for my games is excellent. The ability to add my streaming accounts and lock access to them was also good.

Fantastic color and brightness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brightness is amazing in a dark room. The resolution is just perfect I barely see any pixelation. The contrast is a slight bit on the darker side but looks great. The security on the device is amazing I dont have any problems. Aesthetics are fine I guess.

The one and only, Samsung 👍❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love everything that Samsung makes. Never changed a phone or a TV. Everyone in my family uses has a Samsung TV and a smart phone, except my wife, she is stubborn and thinks Apple iPhone is cooler 😑 But anyway, I can't imagine buying anything else than Samsung, especially TV or a mobile phone, smart watches, locator tags, to washing machine. I just love it. Since the beginning of 2000's till today the choice is always clear. I never trade in my older phones, I keep them, have huge collection. What Samsung does in the world of innovations, no other company can. Not even close! 🖥📱💻📷📹🥇🏆❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV picture is good. Remote is not as comfortable as previous models. Remote connection is weak and requires you to be in close proximity to function. Very irritating at times. TV is slow to respond when switching to a different application.

Good picture but hard to connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is good but connectivity via HDMI very limited. Since the only digital audio output is via the single HDMI eARC that leaves only one HDMI connection for other devices like Cable/Satellite receiver, video player, VCR, streaming device, etc. Also, if you switch devices in the same HDMI port the TV tends to get confused.

Big screen, little price!!

Wall installations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're having difficulty mounting it on the wall because the back of the mounting bar sits lower. Once we install it, the top side of the TV leans forward, making it feel unstable and like it might fall down. That's why we had to place it on top of the table instead..

Waste of money

Other than the clear picture, this is the worst TV I've ever owned. The lagging and interruptions are so bad that I don't even really use it, I use my laptop. I have fiber optic internet and did not have issues with my previous TV nor do I have connection issues with any other electronics in my house. The firmware is updated and I have run the device care several times. Such a waste of money and so disappointing.
