The quality of the picture is amazing and I love how it has all these smart features. Another plus is having Samsung T.V Plus where I have access to thousands of channels.

How eberything connects through smart things and i show them how I cast my pgome to my tv as well and the resolution is amazing!

Gave this 1 star because set-up was very frustrating! 1st prob was could not set up without creating a Samsung account, Did not want to do that but required. Followed all on screen instructions which were wrong. Nothing worked until used QR. Once into set up process, most instructions were wrong of incomplete. On-line instructions for getting to items in settings were wrong - one step left out. Only got to settings by accident. Spent 1 to 1 1/2 hours each day over a one week period until I got what I wanted. Final frustration was TV lost the internet connection. It did not save the PW for my router - had to reenter. Took several tries - kept timing out cause I could not enter PW fast enough - 1st time I've ever been required to enter a PW quickly while setting up anything. Bottom line - I have not and will not recommend this TV to a friend - or anyone else for that matter. Done with Samsung if product has to be set up

The sound is decent, and the smart TV features are easy to use. Definitely a great upgrade for our living room and worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Team Samsung here!! The color and sound on this tv is outstanding. I have been a Samsung girl for Years!! They have never disappointed me. The brightness that shines through the screen in the picture makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater. The resolution is ridiculous, in a good way. I have a sound bar that I don't even have to use because I don't need it with this tv. The sound on 13 is high like it's on 25. I have nothing but good things to say about this tv. I have not explored all the features that this tv can do as of yet but when I do I know it will be great. TEAM SAMSUNG FOR LIFE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid TV for the price, with one major caveat, the glitchy operating system. It'll frequently say it's not able to connect to wifi even though all my other devices are fine. To work around this issue, I ended buying a streaming stick.

Overall very pleased with the product. Excellent fro both streaming and OTA broadcasts. Love that I didn't need to use and additional streaming device.
