I love my Samsung's TV! The picture quality is nice and crisp with bright colors and deep color contrast making movies and sports look excellent. The sound is clear and the smart functions are easy to use so I can stream all my favourite apps with ease. It was easy to set up and looks fantastic in my living room with its sleek appearance. Overall it's a fantastic TV with excellent quality and great value. Definitely highly recommended!

Initially I was happy with my purchase, the colors are bold, bright, with resolution is sharp. TV functionality can be slow at times. I like that I can watch local news stations, that was a cool discovery after I purchased my TV. But approximately 3 months after my purchase, the speakers in the TV sound busted! The sound is awful at times. Voices vibrate and sound robotic at times. Background noise and music is even worse. It's odd because it's not constant and the volume of my TV never changes, so I'm not sure what caused the issue. While the speakers don't sound distorted, they do majority of the time, it's so distracting and hard to watch at times. I'm so disappointed, I'll never buy another Samsung TV. Don't waste your money on something you'll likely have to replace sooner than later. I gave this TV a 2 because the speakers should have lasted longer than 3 months. Had my speakers not broken I probably would have rated this TV a 4.

Best TV I have bought in a long time. Boot time is quick! UI is very user friendly. Picture and sound quality are unmatched, compared to TVs in this class. TV features great aesthetics. Including the thin casing it has. Seemless and easy on the eyes! Will buy another Samsung TV for sure!

Some things are too quiet, some are too loud and sometimes you strain to hear characters voices but have to turn it down during action scenes.

I have bought the 85'' Samsung Crystal UHD TV back in November 2025 and I can easily say that it was my best purchase of a Samsung product! The TV has great resolution, brightness and color contrast is really good. It has a huge interface with very easy to use control panel. Sound system is really good as well. This a huge TV but sits very well on the stands that came with it. I love my TV and will recommend it to anyone looking for a big screen tv.

Whether we are watching an action-packed film with lots of explosions or listening to the Symphony, the sound quality is incredible The crystal clear resolution is amazing when you can see blades of grass on the field when you're watching a soccer match on TV along with the brightness and the color which add to the overall experience where you feel like you're right there in the stands watching the match live! The Aesthetics are impressive as the TV is beautifully designed so it looks good in any room. I like the security features where we can have the TV shut off at a certain time as well block out certain channels for the children.

I recently purchased this new TV replacement that had broken on my outside patio I was a little taken back by the new style remote but being I have a roku TV I was able to figure it out quite easily. The problem I have is my tv will not pick up any Wi-Fi anywhere so as it stands, the only thing my TV picks up is digital TV from the antenna will not pick up any internet so I can't get any of my Samsung channels, my Netflix or any other apps that I have set up for my other televisions and it's very discouraging, and I can't figure out why I've done every steps. That I've seen to get remedy of this situation, but nothing seems to happen.I just wish someone could give me a hand with this.So I could get this t v working like I wanted to.
