Happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our tv works perfectly fine. Great picture and a super good price. The volume is the only thing that could have used a little work. Some things are too quiet, some are too loud and sometimes you strain to hear characters voices but have to turn it down during action scenes.
Great Picture - Navigation a Bit Sluggish
The picture quality is really nice. I own other Samsung TVs so that was a given when I chose this brand. Brightness and clarity are right up there there my other higher end models. My only gripe (and why it's not a 5-star) is the software while using the tv is sluggish. Sometimes it will take 2-3 taps to get the options to move around between selections. This is a minor thing, but for some reason it just ins't super responsive. You have to make sure the remote is pointed directly at the source and deliberately make slow selections to move the option around.
Greatest TV I've ever owned
the TV is awesome it's bright vibrant and you can put it in the mode where it takes care of its own picture mode is awesome great sound resolution is amazing contrast as if the image on the screen is more real than real life and super lightweight for is size absolutely love the TV and all of the features and I can get my phone connect to it through the smart things app absolutely love the TV and all of the features all around the best of tv I've ever had
All around GREAT TV!
Best TV I have bought in a long time. Boot time is quick! UI is very user friendly. Picture and sound quality are unmatched, compared to TVs in this class. TV features great aesthetics. Including the thin casing it has. Seemless and easy on the eyes! Will buy another Samsung TV for sure!
Great Picture Quality and Smart Features at a Grea
I've been very happy with my Samsung 65" Crystal UHD U7900FD 4K Smart TV. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with excellent color and clarity whether I'm watching movies, sports, or streaming my favorite shows. The smart TV interface is easy to navigate, and apps load quickly. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the built-in speakers are decent but could provide a little more depth and bass. Also, some settings took a bit of time to customize to my preferences. Overall, this TV offers great value for the price, delivers an impressive viewing experience, and has been a fantastic addition to my home entertainment setup. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a quality 4K smart TV.
Adaptability is great for any room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the versatility of this tv. I use it mostly with my gaming systems. It transfers seamlessly with my hdmi devices allowing me to quickly switch over to other tasks. Adjusting the screens brightness and contrast is also really easy and helps fit any room it’s in. I even have the security of knowing that if I switch to any Samsung tv, I’ll have all the apps and settings I chose on this one
Best TV by far!
this is one of the best TVs I've had so far the quality is phenomenal picture is absolutely gorgeous and the sound but it is good not loud enough for me. the brightness could use some work wide enough however sometimes it doesn't keep up with the picture . the resolution is also it's so so .
Won't link to any wifi
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying Samsung TVS for a long time. Enjoy the quality picture and everything about them. I recently purchased this new TV replacement that had broken on my outside patio I was a little taken back by the new style remote but being I have a roku TV I was able to figure it out quite easily. The problem I have is my tv will not pick up any Wi-Fi anywhere so as it stands, the only thing my TV picks up is digital TV from the antenna will not pick up any internet so I can't get any of my Samsung channels, my Netflix or any other apps that I have set up for my other televisions and it's very discouraging, and I can't figure out why I've done every steps. That I've seen to get remedy of this situation, but nothing seems to happen.I just wish someone could give me a hand with this.So I could get this t v working like I wanted to.
Hi Upsettvbuyer, Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity. If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue: Signal & Setup Tips: 1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router. Power Cycle Devices: 3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully. Connection Type: 4. Evaluate your connection method – o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions. o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable. o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device. Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools: 5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test 6. Wi-Fi Check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi 7. Please ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Last Resort: 8. Perform a Factory Reset (if issues persist): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Note that this will return all settings to their original defaults. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please reach out to Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat support and additional help are available at the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~Samsung Advisor
Samsung 65 questionable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular product does not seem to line up with the Samsung standard. We gpt this product in December 2025 and constantly have to unplug so it resets as the screen keeps going black but still playing sound
Hi Ha2026, Thanks for reaching out about the intermittent black screen issue. If you're not using any external devices and the TV randomly cuts to black, it’s usually related to settings, signal, or internal software. Here are a few steps to help narrow it down and get things stable again. 1. Start with Power & Source Checks • Confirm the source: Even without external devices, it's worth confirming the TV is on the correct internal source (like TV/Live TV or a streaming app). Go to: Home > Left directional key > Connected Devices > Sources • Power cycle the TV: Unplug the TV from the power outlet for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in. This can help reset any temporary glitches. • Check the power outlet: If you're using a power strip or surge protector, try plugging the TV directly into the wall to rule out inconsistent power delivery. 2. Update Your TV Software: Software updates often resolve bugs that can cause screen flickers or blackouts • Make sure the TV has the latest firmware version installed: Home > Left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update 3. Run Built-In Diagnostics • Perform a Picture Test: Home > Left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. This helps determine if the issue is hardware- or software-related. • Run the HDMI Test (optional): Even without HDMI devices connected, this can help verify that internal ports are functioning properly: Home > Left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > HDMI Test 4. Review Energy & Picture Settings • Turn off Power Saving Mode or Eco Solution settings—they can dim or turn off the screen during periods of inactivity: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power & Energy Saving • Turn off Auto Power Off (if enabled): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Auto Power Off • Adjust Picture Mode settings: If the current mode is overly dynamic (like “Dynamic” or “Vivid”), try switching to “Standard” or “Movie” and observe if the screen behavior changes. 5. Factory Reset (if needed): If the problem persists after all checks, consider resetting the TV to default settings. (Heads-up: this will erase your installed apps and personal settings.) If none of these steps resolve the intermittent blackout, please reach out to Samsung Support for further troubleshooting or possible service options at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun), or reach us via text anytime.
