all my samsung tvs have gotten so slow and sluggish with each update. very frustrating just trying to get to the channels that I like to watch. it's gotten so bad we are researching other manufacturers and plan on switching to another brand. sad, We bought only Samsung products for decades and now I won't buy another Samsung product for anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The larger screen size is nice, mostly I need to upgrade to a newer tv that could be updated to work with various apps. The sound from the tv is decent but I opted to go with a sound bar for better overall enjoyment. Picture quality is what you'd expect from Samsung tvs sharp colors and contrast from light to dark. My one dislike is the tiny remote, not sure if this is done to cut cost down or just make it harder to use and navigate systems and channels. If you have hands the size of a toddler then may be suitable but honestly is a joke for such a nice tv. I'm just getting use to the Samsung tv format and Channel selections but it seems to offer a lot of choice yet it's to early to decide if it's worth using much over other streaming options we use regularly.

Very happy with this purchase of 55inch Samsung Crystal UHD TV! Can't say anything bad about it. Great picture love all the new features the TV has. Sound is great! I love when people come over and say wow that tv picture looks so much better than ours and they always have a different brand around the same price point. The brightness is great. I dropped my direct tv after I got this don't need it has everything needed when connected to the wifi. Only issue I have is I wish I'd got the 75” because my wall could have handled it. Definitely happy with the Samsung purchase.

We’ve had the 75" Samsung Crystal UHD U7900F for a little while now, and for the most part, it's an incredible television for the price. Clarity & Resolution: The 4K picture quality is outstanding. Everything looks incredibly sharp, and the 4K upscaling makes older shows look crystal clear. You can really see the fine details in every scene. Brightness & Color: The brightness is excellent, easily handling the light in our living room. Colors are vibrant, rich, and look completely true-to-life right out of the box. Responsiveness: Navigating through the Tizen smart menu and loading up different streaming apps is quick and snappy. There's virtually no lag when shifting through the interface or launching content. The Only Issue: The reason I can't give it a full 5 stars is that the TV frequently pauses content by itself. Whether we are watching a movie or streaming a show, it will randomly hit pause without anyone touching the remote. If it weren't for this incredibly annoying software or sensor glitch, it would be a perfect 10/10.
