We have had nothing but issues since we bought this tv. Including having had it replace once already. There seems to be some connection issue with the Spectrum app specifically. as well as other apps. we have replaced the tv, we have reset the tv, we have deleted the specific apps, nothing fixes it.

My only complaint would be the responsiveness after a short amount of time owning the TV. I cleared the cache but it doesn't have alot of memory. I only have about 7-8 apps and sometimes I gotta press the buttons on the remote multiple times. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase

Years ago we would buy a different brand of TV, then Samsung came out with their first one. Was hesitate to buy, but was pleasantly surprised how good the picture was, sound, and quality. Been buying Samsung ever since!! Just wish it was easier to know how each one performs because we do not understand all the lettering that they are given. Please make it simpler to understand. Am very pleased with the one we have now. Very clear picture, sound is great, and still has the best quality out there to choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really like this TV! The picture is super clear, and the built-in sound quality is great. It's very reliable, and mounting it with a universal wall mount was quick and simple. My only real complaint is the responsiveness of the interface. Navigating the menu can laggy. Fit example, if I accidentally press the wrong directional button, it takes a while to catch up before I can make my next selection. I've double-checked all settings and confirmed software updates are up to date. Aside from the menu lag, it's a solid TV for the price, and I'm very happy with it overall.

The audio seems to have problems staying hooked up to the sound bar. I have to go all the way to resetting my TV about 6 or 7 times, which seems to be the only way to get things working again. I go through the steps that are listed on the website, then end up resetting. WHY?? the $-K option does not seem to work as it should, even when I know that the 4K option is listed most times it does not show as 4K.

I've owned a couple of samsungs and other brands of tv's but nothing compares to Samsungs screen quality and the user interface it's just like having a phone in your pocket I've been able to get every app I want unlike other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great brightness, contrast, and overall picture quality! The upscaling is also a nice feature when watching newer movies and TV shows! The responsiveness has been a bit difficult to deal with however. When first turning the TV on, the remote does not respond to input for several seconds. Then when operating, there is either a delay that shows up or just no response at all. That causes double clicks when navigating to certain options. Great quality once you actually get to the features you're looking for!

Have been enjoying my 2025 Samsung model, so much, this past year.. So I recommend to my daughter, that she purchase the same model, in the 50" size, 2026 model. She's thrilled as well. Hers is just as great, in quality of picture, if not better! Thank you, Samsung..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture clarity is wonderful. However, I would have enjoyed a better speaker system. At times, depending on the channel, the sound had a bit of a "tinny" sound. The remote is very easy to use, not overloaded with buttons.
