We have not had any issues with either so far. We plan to purchase another sometime this year for another room. The picture , ease of using the apps, and the overall operation of our Samsung television is great. I thought the upgraded remote would be difficult for me but it is so easy to use. I definitely recommend Samsung televisions.

This Samsung 65” U7900F is JUNK. The tv lasted 30 days at most. Theres an issue with the video display, its non-functional. I have a 47 inch Damsung that's 15 years old, and it works perfectly. Attached is the picture of my 2 TV's; the new busted set, and my reliable 15 year old set.

The color tones and contrast are excellent as well, as the TV has settings to adjust picture clarity and the picture mode to make colors and details pop more. Great TV, would buy again.

It's very reliable, and mounting it with a universal wall mount was quick and simple. My only real complaint is the responsiveness of the interface. Navigating the menu can laggy. Fit example, if I accidentally press the wrong directional button, it takes a while to catch up before I can make my next selection. I've double-checked all settings and confirmed software updates are up to date. Aside from the menu lag, it's a solid TV for the price, and I'm very happy with it overall.

That was a great decision because this TV is Amazing. Thank you for making such unmatched products. I also buy phones like the fold 7 and am interested in appliances in the future.

The TV has relay issues when turning on with the original sound /samsung welcome noise . Tv speakers is very low for it to be this size. I have to sometimes turn on. My samsung sound tower in order to hear really well when watching movies. I have a 70 inch samsung TV that is way louder then this one. It took 5 months for it to get an update so I could download the zuse app. But overall it has a decent quality when it comes to picture /viewing movies and TV shows. Especially in darker rooms. I am a BIG time samsung lover and it does has it's best and worst features but none the less a good work in progress. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL remote this one doesn't have the fast forward so you have to toggle in between the app or bottom on movie to fast forward that is very tiring loved that the slim version but need more of the old buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 5 yr old 55" Samsung TV with this new 65". I love the TV. But the migration of settings caused my subwoofer to no longer work. Samsung says it's my AV receiver. I'm not in 100% agreement with that assessment. I'm taking steps to resolve, but as of today, still no subwoofer.
