[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV gets very bright, making it easy to watch during the day even with sunlight coming into the room. The contrast is excellent. Dark scenes have deep blacks while bright objects still stand out, making movies look more detailed. The TV responds quickly when opening apps and navigating menus. Everything feels smooth and fast. Lower-resolution videos still look sharp. The TV does a great job making older shows and regular HD content look much clearer on the large screen.

I just love my Samsung TV initially I purchased for my basement but ended up moving and use it in my flower shop now. The Resolution is impeccable and the picture's brightness and Vibrancy are unmatched. Customers looking at the photos of flowers we sell cant get over tbe smoothness and contrast . Its so easy to setup and use and ive never been happier with any other TV ive purchased

I LOVE my new 65" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV! I'm old enough to remember the switch from black and white to color TVs when I'd watch the screen just for the color! This is like it but so much more! The Samsung replaces a TV with a 30" screen. While it was HD, it was 16 years old and not as sharp as it once was. This Samsung is light years better! The pictures are so crisp and clear. I keep finding details that I can't believe that I can see. My biggest problem is that my dogs and I want to watch more TV than we should just to enjoy the picture and sound from my Samsung! The setup was easy and had user-friendly and intuitive steps.  I like starting at the Samsung home page.  Overall, this Samsung is a delight to setup and to watch!  

I am highly doubtful in this TV because it has only one place to hook up accessories. I can't use my DVD player, my Roku or my soundbar ect. Highly dissatisfied. If you can tell me how I can use my devices I would appreciate it.

I have bought the 85'' Samsung Crystal UHD TV back in November 2025 and I can easily say that it was my best purchase of a Samsung product! The TV has great resolution, brightness and color contrast is really good. It has a huge interface with very easy to use control panel. Sound system is really good as well. This a huge TV but sits very well on the stands that came with it. I love my TV and will recommend it to anyone looking for a big screen tv.

Initially I was happy with my purchase, the colors are bold, bright, with resolution is sharp. TV functionality can be slow at times. I like that I can watch local news stations, that was a cool discovery after I purchased my TV. But approximately 3 months after my purchase, the speakers in the TV sound busted! The sound is awful at times. Voices vibrate and sound robotic at times. Background noise and music is even worse. It's odd because it's not constant and the volume of my TV never changes, so I'm not sure what caused the issue. While the speakers don't sound distorted, they do majority of the time, it's so distracting and hard to watch at times. I'm so disappointed, I'll never buy another Samsung TV. Don't waste your money on something you'll likely have to replace sooner than later. I gave this TV a 2 because the speakers should have lasted longer than 3 months. Had my speakers not broken I probably would have rated this TV a 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 8 months of ownership, (purchased Oct, 2, 2025) the TV is dead - Not working at all. Would not want a samsung TV if we won one. If there was an overall rating of zero, that would be a more accurate rating than a one star. Second Samsung product we have owned and nothing but problems, problems, problems.

The picture quality is great, especially for the price. Connected seamlessly to the Samsung sound bar, and makes a great home theatre experience. The color is fully saturated, and the contrast is good. The 4K picture quality from my 4K Disc player is amazing.
