The picture quality is fantastic. The brightness is excellent, the colors are vibrant and vivid, and the contrast is outstanding, making everything look sharp and immersive. The upscaling does a great job of enhancing lower-resolution content, making it appear much clearer and more detailed. The TV is also fast and responsive, providing a smooth overall experience. The only thing lacking is a built-in microphone on the remote for voice controls, but aside from that, it's an excellent TV.

100 % satisfied with my tv. This is the 2nd samsung ive bought. Still have 1st that i bought 24 yrs ago and still holding on. Got a new one cause wanted a 65". I would recommend samsung to anyone they are a company that really lives up to their name. Thank you for you great products. I will continue to be a big supporter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my tv it's funny when I first purchased my tv I had cataracts so I thought it was very dull compare to more older model I had two years ago I purchase but after my surgery it was outstanding in color the way it is, I can just have it on I don't need a light to walk around to get more snacks it's great and the sound doesn't have to be loud the picture quality is great. I really love my tv.

We love Samsung TV's. We bought 2 of these, one for the living room one for the bedroom. We replaced an LG in the living room, which we hated for many reasons, mostly functionality issues and quirks. We have 2 of the exact same Samsung TV's., one works great, the other has software issues, most notably are the slow loading of apps and that when streaming a show, it will inexplicably pause the show. We have tried to resolve this issue to no avail. Other than that, the picture is beautiful and we have dozens of streaming apps downloaded.

I was told I purchased a low grade/model Samsung. Whatever the model is that I have I LOVE it! The quality of picture, ease of function. I do feel the sound could be better I can have the volume on 20 and it sounds as if its on 5. Maybe my hearing is going bad at the ripe age of 50 lol, could be streaming network used, not sure. Overall satisfied with my purchase! Sam has not let me down yet!

Tv has gotten real laggy and constantly disconnects from wifi while all my other devices stay with a good strong signal. moving through the controls has also become an issue with a bunch of lag happening through out where it gets late responses form the tv remote. Remote is still the original at purchase.

This TV has a great picture and is a nice upgrade from the 65” to the 75” My only issue is the Samsung soundbar I had drops out from time to time. You have to navigate to the menu and switch back to the tv speaker. As soon as you hear the sound from it you can go back to the soundbar. It's an aggravation but it doesn't happen very often, maybe twice a week. Even with that I will buy another Samsung tv when needed. Maybe the 100 incher.

We love our new TV. We wanted a basic large screen. Nothing really fancy or technical. We got more than we hoped for only reason for just 4 stars is the very small remote & it's hard to see in a darkened room. the remote is hard for older people to use

The TV itself is overall pretty solid. My only complaint is how slow the userface is when trying to switch apps. Seems to be a long delay while the tv loads. I do love that I can control it via my phone. This feature is a life saver. Also the free channels are wonderful!
