[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to 75" tvs and they are good but they do become slow and slow down even after deleting apps I do not need or use and leave the couple I have both of my tvs still use 90% of its memory on stuff but yet do not download updates often and the apps are nowhere near the amount it came on it when I got both of them and I have realized the tv turns on my consoles like my ps5 or ps4 when I turn on the tv and I even have the setting in the consoles to not turn on auto so its the tv and the HDMI ports I still prefer them over any others but this couple of things really irritate me and do make want to switch sometimes especially if they continue to get slow or slower from now and I haven't changed anything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the Bluetooth, I read was available. I was hoping to connect to my hearing aids, so that I could hear the TV programs better. But after purchasing and trying to st up, I was told it was no longer available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is wonderful. Picture & sound are great. The remote and navigating the settings is annoying. I still use my cable connection. The icon moved ( I did not change anything) and it's several clicks to connect. Also, I use to be able to quickly put on the sleep timer. Now it's at least 4 clicks and then a few more to get back to what I was watching. HBO doesn't show with the other icons and I have to search for it. This is not my main TV, it is in my bedroom so I just want to put it on and watch without all the fuss.

Only reason for 4 star is the apps sometime lag but it always fixes itself. No crashes. Great contrast as well. The upscaling is nice on old movies and games with not much input lag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 8 Samsung tv's and I hate all of them. They all have the exact same problem. They take forever to load, when you turn on the tv, and then there is a 5 minute delay between the time the remote button is pushed and when the tv actually responds. I have gone all of the cashe cleanup, as seen on the Internet. Nothing works. It is the same on all of the televisions. Furthermore, the last four condos we stayed in in Florida all had Samsung TV's and they were all the same as well. Lastly, I replaced our main living room tv with a Sony QLED Bravia and not only is the picture light years better, but the response time is instant. I have not had one issue at all. I will never buy another Samsung tv.

Amazing features that allow you to enjoy your home entertainment space as it was intended. From gaming to special events this product does not disappoint. Picture never have out as much as I game on it and the quality of the enhanced features only allowed me to enjoy it more. Quality is top tier.

The reason its so amazing is because the picture is on point and it's so beautiful and bright and also the sound is like being at a theater!! We wouldn't trade this TV for any other TV out there!! I will say the contrast is amazing too!! You can't go wrong with everything about this smart TV! Also when they say a smart TV well that's definitely the truth! Also we can't forget about the sound and how great it sounds with amazing new movies and music well you can literally jam out to your favorite music and it sounds so good and it actually gets really loud to where you don't need any extra sound like a sound bar or anything! It's literally enough because it sounds amazing by itself! You can't go wrong with this Smart TV and I highly suggest one for anyone and everyone!

I like that samsung gives you more channels to watch in addition to what you already have. My surround sound works great with my Samsung TV.
