This TV has an crisp ultra high definition display. The responsiveness is amazing. Hands down, this is the best television i've purchased in years And I am truly satisfied with my purchase. My next television will definitely be a samsung.

Theu schedules for service tech but then mentioned if the “TV is working like its supposed to, then I will have to pay for the service regardless”. I read some posts online and it seems the Tv is just dark, you literally can't see any night scenes. I cancelled service because i didnt want to pay for nothing. Horrible policy of Samsung. If they don't reach out I am never buying Samsung again

I have to channel surf instead of being able to go to where I want to be and will have to see if my son can help me the next time he's here as I do not understand the how to's!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV, packed with awesome features like a built in X-box, Samsung DEX which turns it into a giant PC moniter when paired with a compatible Samsung phone that also has DEX built in, the size of the TV and picture clarity are awesome, just a total awesome TV!

I paired it with a Samsung soundbar, and while the soundbar is a little older, I constantly have issues with the volume cutting out. I have to keep switching back and forth between the TV speakers and the soundbar just to get the sound working again. Overall, the software just doesn't seem up to par. It's frustrating because you expect a TV like this to work smoothly, especially with a Samsung soundbar.

The only issue i am having is that I have 2 different couches, and the Bluetooth is having issues when I turn them both on. The sound goes in and out and crackles if I turn both on. Not sure if it is the 2 different couches or the Bluetooth from the TV. Any advice?

Very quick on wifi and I'm sure it's even more responsive hard wired. Vibrant game mode with one of my favorites Fortnite, with the game mode its a night and day difference upscaling through frames. Sounds quality is also great with multiple presets.

All the new features are easily accessed by just pointing the remote. Viewing has become a breeze now that I can adjust contrast, brightness etc. easily.
