I liked that they have the liposomal form for better absorption and including resveratrol for heart health. The capsules are average sized and do not leave a weird aftertaste. I like the convenience of one capsule a day, with the option of two if you want a higher dose. I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks so I haven't seen all the long term antioxidant benefits just yet. I have noticed some changes and improvements to by skin! I have liked this product so far, and will be continuing to add it to my daily supplement routine.

I was excited to add this liposomal glutathione + resveratrol. When I purchase a supplement I always look for liposomal because it delivers to your system better. I like that this also includes L-Taurine which is an essential amino acid. You have the option to take one capsule a day for antioxidant support or 2 capsules for immune support. Now, the two cons in my opinion are that there is no clear indicator of how much resveratrol per capsule…would love to see that. And the modified food starch. I'm not a huge fan of modified anything. But, overall I do find this to be a good supplement and I‘ve added it to my daily stack.

The capsules are vegetarian and are a normal size, you take it with a glass of water, no discomfort swallowing it. You get 60 capsules in a bottle, it last for 2 months . These are very easy to add to your daily routine. Cannot wait to see the long term benefits!

They have sixty capsules per pack but they recommend two a day for immune support, one package will be enough for a month supply. Capsules do not have any negative taste or smell, I've been taking them about a week now, and although I do not notice a huge change I know these often take time to help with energy and other benefits. I'll continue through this pack to see how it works over time.

Great storage container and enough in a bottle. There is a slight odor and taste that is not super appealing. I wish I didn't taste it but the better way is to take a big gulp of water.

I have chronic back pain and I have noticed an improvement in inflammation. I like knowing I'm supporting my own healthy aging (I'm 42) as well as my immunity.
