The pills are not as big as other supplements pills so they are easy to swallow. They have good ingredients as well.

I sleep better and my skin does seem brighter also. No funky taste and overall I'm pretty satisfied and will be continue using since I do stay up late from time to time.

Glutathione helps absorb vitamin c and magnesium better which I already take but didn't want to add ANOTHER vitamin. I'm glad I did as I have been feeling stronger and more energized since starting. My only complaint is the smell. The lingering odor is a bit of a put off but not strong enough to keep me from taking it. If you have a strong aversion to smell this may not be for you.

Could be a coincidence, but I have a little one in daycare and haven't been sick since I started taking them. Packaging is pretty, but definitely lighter / cheaper feeling than some other leading brands, but I think that's great if it helps keep the price low / saves plastic. Instructions lead with one tablet per day which I also love because taking 2 can feel overwhelming. Overall great product and very happy!
