The capsules are a pretty average size and go down smoothly without that harsh chemical or sulfur smell that a lot of antioxidant supplements usually have. The amber bottle flip cap is handy when you're rushing through your morning routine, though it can be a little stiff to snap shut if your hands are dry. Haven't had any stomach discomfort at all taking them daily, which is definitely a plus.

I liked that they have the liposomal form for better absorption and including resveratrol for heart health. The capsules are average sized and do not leave a weird aftertaste. I like the convenience of one capsule a day, with the option of two if you want a higher dose. I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks so I haven't seen all the long term antioxidant benefits just yet. I have noticed some changes and improvements to by skin! The instructions are simple - take 1 per day for antioxidant support and 2 per day for immune support. You can tell the product is genuine because it has a very strong sulfur smell, and doesn't taste great either. The capsules are a little large as well, especially if you have trouble swallowing pills. I didn't feel a huge difference from taking them, but again, the science appears to back it up. I gave three stars because it is unpleasant to smell/taste/take the pill, but if you get used to it, this appears to be a worthwhile supplement.
