I like this specific product as it was more effective than the other Glutothione products I have tried. I think it being liposomal is easier for the body to absorb. The dosage is perfect for me and the pills are easy to swallow. I have looked into the quality of this brand and was impressed with it. This will def be my go to daily Glutothione supplement moving forward.

I noticed the difference within the first 20 days which is faster than I expected from a supplement. I attribute that to the liposomal delivery, it's supposed to absorb better than standard, and my experience seems to back that up. One thing I appreciate is a flexibility. I take two as directed for immunity support and so far, so good. The smell is not great, but these are meant to be swallowed and not sniffed anyways. Perhaps in the future, it could be altered in some way to have less of strong odor. They're a regular size capsule. These will definitely help you get a pep in your step if you're looking for detoxification as well. If you aren't a person that focuses a lot on an extremely healthy diet, then you should definitely give these a try, as these can help fill in nutritional gaps. I already exercise regularly, prioritize sleep and concentrate on protein which are the top things you can do to optimize glutathione in your body so I'm not sure supplementing for me is doing much for me but if I were getting sick or feeling run down I would definitely take it. If you are a smoker/vape, have a poor diet or lots of diagnoses then this may be a supplement you would want to take all the time. It doesn't have a strong smell. The capsule is average size. The liposomal factor is important for glutathione or else it won't reach the inside of the cell.

Taking one to start my day everyday after I work out and before I have my first meal has made my mornings far more productive! The dosage is a nice size and the ingredients seem pretty clean, my biggest drawback of this is the smell. Thankfully the container (which is easily stackable by the easy, super convenient) hides the smell VERY well. So if you're okay with it smelling a little when you take it, it's an awesome supplement to take!

I liked that they have the liposomal form for better absorption and including resveratrol for heart health. The capsules are average sized and do not leave a weird aftertaste. I like the convenience of one capsule a day, with the option of two if you want a higher dose. I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks so I haven't seen all the long term antioxidant benefits just yet. I have noticed some changes and improvements to by skin!
