Very comfortable chair. This is my third one. Other 2 piston collapsed and would not go back up after about a year but I had purchased protection plan. Was reimbursed both times. Other than that chair is great.

Nice chair. Comfortable to lean back and relax.

Nice chair. It had a small hole in the upholstery and the manufacturer replaced the seat in just a couple of days. I work from home and sit in this chair about 8 hours a day. Its is fairly comfortable to sit in. I wish it had a little more upper back/should support. It does have nice lower back support.

After using this chair for a week, it’s not as great as I had hoped. It was difficult to assemble and the lumbar support is really weak. I’m afraid I have to suck it up and deal with it because it cost a lot. Frankly I’ve had more comfortable chairs that were less expensive.
