hi i used to love this brand the Extra Heavy Overnight Pads with Wings and i knew it would always keep me dry and not leak it was big and bulky and very long so it kept in all the leaks. but now that you redid the pad its just like all the other pads its not a Extra Heavy Overnight Pad anymore it feels like a regular its way too thin it don't hold in what its supposed to its too much too the back when i want some protection in the front also. i miss your old version i think you should of just kept the older version and made this one on the side and not complete take away the way it was. today i went to use one of these new ones i thought they were the older ones cause i know the ones i use are the Dark purple colored so i put it on and went to bed and woke up with leaks ..so i went back and put on a new one while putting it on i read the label and it said new and improved on it and i read the whole pack and said " Hmm i must of bought the wrong one i guess they changed the color or something" so later on that day i went get a new pack hoping that i just brought the wrong one but no they were all like the one i had gotten so now i think i have to find another pad too use cause i tried all those others that guys make and they don't work for me so thank you for time we had but now i has to go find another one

This was the pad I used for the first week after I had my son. Even my midwives commented on how nice they were. They were very absorbant, which I needed. And I didn't mind the bulkiness, since I was mostly at home. After the first week I switched to Infinity overnights, which are more comfortable.

Only sanitary give me one hundred percent protection through the night, the only product that never let me down, that never leaked and stained my favorite nightwear and bedding. would recommend these sanitary napkins every menstruating girl is inspired by the women completed, full protection like in the bank, despite the size of the high level of comfort is virtually imperceptible

Well after having my second baby i decided to get an IUD (paragard) which is said to make your cycles heavier. So in preparation for my first cycle post baby I purchased the always infinity overnight because before I had the baby I used the super always infinity and loved them. Well my cycle came and to say that it was heavy would be an understatement! I was leaking through the always infinity overnight within an hour! Having accidents and everything and I was so upset about it...but then I went to the store and saw these. Right then and there I decided that I didn't care if it felt like I had a diaper on, I wanted to be protected from aunt flo's messes lol! This product made it so much easier for me and didn't feel like a diaper at all and didn't have not one leak. These sanitary napkins make me feel like I'm in control of my body again and I love it! I will definitely be stocking up on these when I go to the store...thanks always!

I thought I would save some money this month when "aunt Flo" decided to arrive 3 days before my planned vacation. I told myself as I was in the feminine products isle, I said " aren't they all the same? They all do the same thing, why not buy the off brand." I was so disappointed. The off brand was not the worth the savings. I went out that very next morning and bought my reliable ,comfortable "Always" Lesson learned, you "can't put on a price on comfort!"

I have extremely heavy periods where most pads aren’t comfortable for me. However, one day my mother got me a box of these pads when I was out of my normal ones I would use and they have been the best pads I have ever used. I definitely will be buying these ones for now on. ^-^

I have used the Always Extra Heavy Overnights with wings for a number of years, after childbirth and then as my periods became quite heavy over the years. The shape is a great idea; wish I had something similar as a teen. The problem is that one of these types does not suit every woman. It sounds like you could use a shorter version, however, as with the Always liners for larger women, I think you coild sell an extra long verson with more wing coverage. I have to put them a bit forward so the wide back part covers the contour of my underwear, which puts the wings on the" upslope" and the center without wing coverage. When I stand up after sleeping on my side, I gush (1st 2 nights) and suddenly leak as I try to hurry to the bathroom (after sleeping only 1-4 hours, not 10!). This also happens when I wear this in the daytime and stand up after an hour of sitting. For this reason, I would Iike to see more thickness + more absorbency (similar to the absorbency found in the Infinity foam pads) added to the middle to just behind middle with added wings between the front wings and the back flare. The front could also flare out a little more. It seems, according to other reviews, a lot of women could benefit from the added coverage and complete absorbency.

I've been using these pads every month for the past few years. They are the longest pad and work well for a plus size girl. The only issue I have is that they don't absorb very well from the middle to the back. I tend to have issues with the blood not being absorbed and then it will flow all the way to the back and miss the pad completely. This results in a lot of accidents or me using toilet paper as a stopper. Not convenient. I think if the absorbing issue can be fixed, they would deserve 5 stars across the board.
