I love the overnight extra heavy flow pads and use it every month, but the 2 things I see where improvement is needed is 1. the adhesive on the back can be alot better. Not nearly as good as your other pads. Pad is constantly peeling away from the panty. 2. This pad needs a leakguard strip in the middle. Other than these 2 things this is the perfect pads for girls with heavy periods. Thank You for your time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Size 5 Overnight maxi pads to be a great product to wear on my heaviest flow night. It gives me the confidence to sleep soundly without worrying I will leak. Being a maxi pad, and a very long one at that, it is quite bulky but I don't feel as though it interferes with my comfort for sleeping. I have not experienced any irritation while using this product, which is a benefit for me since I have sensitive skin.

I've been using these at night since college and honestly I'll probably be using them for the rest of my cycles. They have never let me down, no leaks or anything. And while I don't like the price for them but they are worth it as I've never found a cheaper product that works the same.

I live in Nigeria. I have dealt with heavy periods all my life and my period has always been an embarrassing and stressful time- definitely at least 1 stain a month! Then my cousin took a trip to the US and bought a 20ct pk. Aha! The Dawn of my liberation! Now, this is the one thing I must have. These are good if you have a really heavy flow each month they are really heavy duty very affordable. They can be to bulky sometimes because they are big. So be mindful of what outfits you wear when you have it on so it will not look like you have a on a diaper.

They aren't the most comfortable fitting pad since they are longer and thicker than your regular pad — so daytime use might not be as favorable, but it is nice to have the option for more protection during those heavy flow days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m shocked by how little pad technology has advanced since I started my period 15 years ago. These pads are thick and not incredibly comfortable. If you still prefer pads, these are a good option for heavy flow, maybe in combination with a tampon. Also wish they were more environmentally friendly.

I am so glad that Always finally designed a pad that can thoroughly handle a heavy flow. With these pads I don't have to change as often as I did with your other products, the wings/length of pad coverage over the panty helps keep from leaking, overall gives me a lot more "peace of mind" and "confidence" to go through my day with with little worry. **I recommend odor lock in and stronger adhesion for this padding since it so thick.

I like to use it with a pad on the back. It has a very good absorption effect. No matter how much it is, it can absorb more. There are more children just after giving birth. It has not been missed. Since then, this brand has been used, and the second child also used it. I like it very much.
