I love these pads to not only wear overnight but during the day time too. I personally dislike tampons they bother me so pads have always been my go too. This pad seeps in all the blood however if you are a heavy bleeder the first few days you have to change your pad every few hours or hour in order to not leak. But other than that they are really helpful and comfortable

They are good because they’re not as thick as other ones and they are helpful because they are light thin and airy. I love how they’re very formfitting and also very absorb it comparative to what I’ve been using. Can’t say they’re for everybody because as everyone knows some days are different than others but for the most part these are great for the heavy days.

My flow got extremely heavy after I stopped the pill. I used to use ultrathin longs and overnights from always, And I would have to change them once an hour or I would leak through my underwear and pants its a tremendously heavy flow, these maxi fives catch the flow and are very absorbent, my only issue is that they should have another set of wings near the back because they’re so long so at night when I sleep they tend to leak out the side (by the leg holes),at the back onto my underwear. If they had a second set of wings to help seal that area and hold the pad in place and wrap around that back part of the leg holes of the underwear, To catch any leaks sneaking out that way, these would be absolutely perfect. I really do like these a lot though . They are a lifesaver. And far more comfortable than you’d think they would be!

I suffer from very heavy periods and these pads make me feel amazing. I no longer have to worry if I am going to make a mess on my chair at work. I don't even check any more because the coverage is amazing. Although it feels a bit bulky..but I would rather deal with that feeling, rather than feeling under protected. Finally a product that I feel was made just for me..Thank you Always!!!

Honestly, I almost forgot I was wearing a pad because you can hardly if at all feel these. Plus, unlike traditional pads, these don't make that crinkling plastic sound, which is amazing! I wore these both durning my cycle & for some bladder leak protection.

As someone who has PCOS which for me causes heavy painful periods. If I am going to get through any day I need something that is long and heavy and this is what I need and use. If you are like me and also have heavy periods look into these. I cannot go a month without these. 

I have Thyroid Cancer and one of the side effects of this is extremely heavy periods. I finally have a pad that can handle my period. I was having to double up for length but this is no longer a problem. Thank You for allowing me to feel confident and protected.

These pads are thicker than my usual brand, but they are still comfortable! I had absolutely NO accidents this month during my period which saved me a lot of time and money (no removing bloodstains or buying new panties). I’m very happy with my pads and hope to purchase more in the future.

I love the fact that its wider longer on one end but what I don't like is that the other end is shorter and straight. both ends should be longer and broader for maximum protection whether you sleep on your back or sleep on your stomach. you really only get maximum protection at the broad longer end of the pad. it will be great if both ends look the same. I do recommend this pad anyone with a heavy flow but it will be great if the wings were more centered and both ends were as wide to offer maximum protection whether you sleep on your back or your stomach

I want to thank you so much for making the size 5 product a product that I can trust and rely on whether for heavy times or just times I want to be sure I'm protected. Also, I want to thank you for making this a product that I am able to use for not just that time of the month but also times when I have a bad cough and need protection from accidents. It's amazing how much the pad can hold. I am so happy that I have this product to rely on. You also gave it a extra bonus by making the wrapping purple, My favorite color. Lol
