After reading all the reviews I decided to go out an purchase these overnight extra heavy pads but am very disappointed with the results. I have a very very heavy flow the second and third days of my period to the point where I have to change an ultra tampon every half hour so with these I was hoping to get through some nights without having to wake up to change. I found that I could only go 2 hours without leaking. I now wear an ultra tampon with this extra heavy overnight pad and can go around 3 hours without changing so some improvement but not the results I was hoping for.

Somewhere in the last 6 months, they've changed something about the pads. Now it seems like it's constantly drawing the blood down the wings and around into the underwear or pants that I'm wearing. I don't know if it's a new moisture Wick or a new dry weave material, but it's literally drawing the blood into my clothing by it following the wings

I have never done a review for a pad before, but I cannot say enough good things about this pad!! After suffering with a suddenly heavy flow that worsens around 2am, and soaking through a super plus tampon and Always Overnight Maxi, I picked up a package of these and I have slept comfortably ever since! No more getting up 3 times a night to change a super plus tampon and overnight pad. I feel so protected, have had no leaks, and they stay where they are supposed to. I tend to leak at the front and they gave me lots of coverage at the front, while keeping my back end nicely covered too. I can sleep in any position I want, without having to worry about leaking everywhere. Yes they are bulky, but I find that reassuring knowing I am covered. I used to stick to Always overnights maxi or Overnights Infinity and I will not go back for the heaviest nights during my cycle. My flow suddenly increased overnight, and the pad held everything. Usually I would be awoken when that happens, but I did not even realize until I got up the next time. The two sets of wings are a lifesaver. I usually have to make a run for the bathroom when I get up to avoid leaks, but I had no such worries, the pad absorbed everything right away. Even my hubby is pleased! I can sleep better, and I am not getting up a million times to see if I am leaking everywhere. I used to be a tampons all the time girl, but you have converted me Always! I picked up the Always Maximum Protection Maxis and Ultra Thins too, and while I would normally never leave the house wearing a pad, I feel so confident in their protection that I spent my whole day running errands using them!

I have been using pads from this company for quite a long time, but recently you changed some of their ingredients to cheaper ones and added more fragrances, which is not good. Moreover, with such negative changes, the price remained the same. So now I will buy from another brand, with better quality. and I also do not recommend you to buy any product from this brand.

When i hit the age of 18 im 19 nowi noticed i had a heavier flow and i couldn't find the right pad for me until i found the ultimate protection i use these during the day as well when i have a long day and i feel like i might "see red" but these pads make me feel more secure when it comes to protection.

I have been using Always pads for years and here are my Pros and Cons ....PROs they are very long and absorb very well. I also enjoy the comfort of them paired with the right supportive underwear. CON ..I really wish the wings on the back of the pad were longer. They tend to bunch up during the day and never stick completely around my panty edges. This causes leakage on my underwear sometimes too.

These pads are huge and definitely cover your rear end, and your front. I use them overnight, but sometimes they will leak. It seems like they can't absorb as quickly as I'm needing them too, so it causes leaking. I do not have that issue if sitting or walking, only laying down.

I have been looking for this pad all last month and my period is again upon me and I dread looking again. I live in NYC. What is going on with inventory???? I love this pad. I have heavy flows and am plus sized so it was perfect. Please go back to original version and improve your distribution.

Hands down, the BEST product for girls with heavy periods. You cannot beat the coverage provided. I wear these day and night. Yes, these are kinda bulky for daytime. No, I don't care. Don't get me wrong - the introduction of Always Ultra Thin changed my middle school years for the better. But 20 years later, I'm looking for substance over style, and Always is right there with Extra Heavy Overnight Pads With Wings (which I affectionately refer to as Always Turbo Pads). This is an absolute must-have product for girls with heavier flows. Buy these in bulk and never worry about leaks again!!!
