I have never done a review for a pad before, but I cannot say enough good things about this pad!! After suffering with a suddenly heavy flow that worsens around 2am, and soaking through a super plus tampon and Always Overnight Maxi, I picked up a package of these and I have slept comfortably ever since! No more getting up 3 times a night to change a super plus tampon and overnight pad. I feel so protected, have had no leaks, and they stay where they are supposed to. I tend to leak at the front and they gave me lots of coverage at the front, while keeping my back end nicely covered too. I can sleep in any position I want, without having to worry about leaking everywhere. Yes they are bulky, but I find that reassuring knowing I am covered. I used to stick to Always overnights maxi or Overnights Infinity and I will not go back for the heaviest nights during my cycle. My flow suddenly increased overnight, and the pad held everything. Usually I would be awoken when that happens, but I did not even realize until I got up the next time. The two sets of wings are a lifesaver. I usually have to make a run for the bathroom when I get up to avoid leaks, but I had no such worries, the pad absorbed everything right away. Even my hubby is pleased! I can sleep better, and I am not getting up a million times to see if I am leaking everywhere. I used to be a tampons all the time girl, but you have converted me Always! I picked up the Always Maximum Protection Maxis and Ultra Thins too, and while I would normally never leave the house wearing a pad, I feel so confident in their protection that I spent my whole day running errands using them!

I've been using these pads every month for the past few years. They are the longest pad and work well for a plus size girl. The only issue I have is that they don't absorb very well from the middle to the back. I tend to have issues with the blood not being absorbed and then it will flow all the way to the back and miss the pad completely. This results in a lot of accidents or me using toilet paper as a stopper. Not convenient. I think if the absorbing issue can be fixed, they would deserve 5 stars across the board.

These pads are thicker than my usual brand, but they are still comfortable! I had absolutely NO accidents this month during my period which saved me a lot of time and money (no removing bloodstains or buying new panties). I’m very happy with my pads and hope to purchase more in the future.

I purchased this pads for the first time yesterday hoping they would solve my problem. I sleep wild! Twisting and turning and arms legs all over the place! With the pads that I used at night, they would always move around and I'd have to change my panies in the morning... I tried them out last night for the first time and woke up this morning and to have no mess in my underwear was a BIG PLUS! Only down fall is that if your a tiny person like me it feels big on you but other than that it works perfectly. I was happy with my result this morning when I woke up.I recommend this product who sleeps wildly and is a teenager who sleeps wildly too! Happy girl right here :)

I have relied on these pads for 10 years now. They are super absorbent and long lasting, I love how I can go to bed and know I’m covered until morning. I have always had heavy periods and I’ve tried off brand overnight pads but nothing compared to these. I’ve only ever had leakage with these a few things but during heavy heavy heavy periods I’ll use a green maxi pad and a purple overnight pad. Always makes the best pads I’ve ever used!!

Ever since I hit peri-menopause, my periods have been extremely heavy. These pads provide me with peace of mind during my period and especially on work days. I hold a role in which I am in front of people, speaking and training. During my heaviest days, I am very strategic about the wardrobe I wear -- all black, with concealing suit blazers. Regardless of what I wear, this pad keeps me reassured that I can carry on!

I have bought every single pad always make and I am pleased with the products,but as of today I went into the store and saw this purple package and 15inches I knew then I was sold. Although it is for heavy and night time flow, it doesn't make noise when walking. I found it be very comfortable. Despite its sleek design, it may show through thin or tight-fitting clothing because the pad is thicker than some. The pad is unscented so it shouldn't irritate skin and did not irritate mine. I didn't have any trouble with night or day time leaks. Always is a great brand and this product is no exception.

The ultimate diapers for women with the heaviest flow. I feel comfortable in my sleep knowing I won’t leak or make stains on my sheets and pantries. My flow has always been so heavy but these make me feel secure and more confident from front to back.

I've been needing a pad like this my whole life. I am now in menopause, but still very glad to have them now. I am a plus size woman and I have always had issues with the length of pads, never long enough, especially for overnight. This #5 series of pads is just AWESOME!
