Everytime anything good comes, someone stupid has to ruin it. And you know these pads were better than perfect. You shortened the length, and made them not as bulk so they don't last as long. Neatless to say, I only used your products at night. I don't use them at all anymore. And I don't plan on it for a long time. You are going to lose a lot of money from my daughter and I now.

I will say that I do prefer the Always flex foam pads over these traditional ones, if I had to make a choice. But overall these are good. Really can't go wrong with Always, it's the only brand of pad that I will buy.

I love this pad for overnight and super heavy period days too. I find that it’s very soft a comfy which I really prefer when things are feeling terrible “down there”. It’s great because it has two sets of wings. The ones in the backside help prevent leakage when you are lying or sitting down for extended amount of time. It also prevents the back from shifting. Great product.

I love this big size and the double wing design helps in making sure it doesn't roll up like the bigger ones usually do and this can handle a heavy flow well especially at night.

these pads provide a decent amount of protection! i’m a heavy bleeder so i still have to change it in the middle of the night, but overall the protection is great if you have a medium flow. however, i move around a lot in my sleep which causes the pad to shift around in my panties, sometimes causing leaks.

I have an extremely heavy flow! My period laughs at all pads. I finally found a product with full coverage that can help me to sleep comfortably without messing up my sheets! I was sleeping with a towel and running to the restroom in the middle of the night cause my period was so heavy. This pad is the answer to my nighttime heavy flow problems! These are wonderful! Less than six months ago, I discovered that I am suffering from a small fibroid. Well long story short,,,,,I've always had extremely heavy periods even as a ten year old girl up to my 36 year old self, but now the flow is even heavier with my medical condition. I have faith in, had faith in and is slowly loosing more faith in my reliable Always Extra Heavy Overnight Maxipads with wings. Did the formula change? They are thinner and not as absorbant as they were a few months ago. Until I have my surgery, I must depend on Always. But how do I continue to depend on Always when "Always" is letting me down. Please give us back that super protection or even help us that suffer from this rollercoaster draining the life out of us mentally, physically, and financially becuse heavy flow tends to use two pads at one time ALLLLLLL DAY. Please help, bring your good pads back. :(

I use these every month. They are a life saver. I have a VERY heavy flow, so much so that it effected my work, and I felt like the Nile during Moses' times. Now, I feel so much more confident and comfortable at work and during the night. THANK YOU ALWAYS

I will admit that Always isn’t my go-to and that I normally buy Equate, but that’s only because of the price and not the quality. Always brand has always had wonderful quality and I’ve used them many, many times. I purchase these for nighttime use while I’m sleeping and 9/10 they cover completely; they rarely shift during the night.

I used these for years for heavier periods over night. The wings and longer size pad really helps to contain the flow during the night. If you move around a lot like me, your will still have some leakage, but overall these are great for overnight. If I happen to be on a long flight or car ride, this is what I will wear as well. I get severe motion sickness and sleep through the flight. I have slept sometimes for 14 hours straight on a plane and this allows me to have that horrible monthly cycle without having to worry about leaking on a long flight.
