I had discovered this product about 2 years ago and it was a gift sent from heaven. I use to wear 2 pads because of my heavy flow. My nightmares are over! No more getting up in the middle of the night panicking.of an accident!!! But I have to confess, one month I went to the near by store to purchase the pads and they had run out of this particular Always brand and I took the store brand instead.. My nightmares started all over again...Never would I ever betray you Always! Until Menopause do us part...LoL!!

They guarantee that no matter how much I move around at night that I am covered and won't have any leaks. To be honest it is just a step under wearing a diaper, or at least that is what it feels like. If you are like me and sleep in different positions and need all angles covered this pad is for you.

I am writing as a loyal customer who has trusted and used Always Maxi Pads Size 5 (Extra Heavy Overnight) consistently for over 30 years. Your product has been an essential part of my life, particularly due to my very heavy menstrual flow. With the exception of my pregnancies, I have relied on Always every month, for a week, without issue—until recently. Last month, while on vacation, I purchased a package of Always Maxi Pads Size 5 from a local retailer. After a week of using them, I developed a very painful and blistering rash that lasted approximately two weeks. Initially, I did not associate the reaction with the pads. However, after healing and returning to use the product again this month, I am unfortunately experiencing the same symptoms—painful rash and blistering in very sensitive areas. It truly feels like a chemical burn. I am unable to view the list of ingredients, as it will not open on my computer from your site, so I am convinced there may have been some changes since I have never experienced such excruciating pain from the use of this product over the years :(

I love always brand. I use a lot of these products. I have a very irregular period and had been going through a ton of pads this month of an off brand. I went to the store and found this, is the first pad in the last three days that hasn't soaked through in hour.

I have an extremely heavy flow! My period laughs at all pads. I finally found a product with full coverage that can help me to sleep comfortably without messing up my sheets! I was sleeping with a towel and running to the restroom in the middle of the night cause my period was so heavy. This pad is the answer to my nighttime heavy flow problems! These are wonderful! This product is absolutely amazing! My mom sent me these while I was in Iraq because the PX over there did not have anything that was working for me. After she sent me these the first time, I knew this was a product that I could use and know that I wasn't going to have any "issues" while I was out on missions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pad is absorbent and long so really great for heavy flow. However, if you want to be discreet, the wrapper is really noisy so that part is t the greatest. Other pads have a mesh type of wrapper, which would be better.

These are the thickest and most absorbent pads ever with the best leakage control from the back, the worst spot ever to see that lovely red stain in the middle of your panties... but not with this brilliant pad because it absolutely has it covered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my daughter to use after delivery. They worked perfect for her. She the right kind of protection for almost any flow. She didn't have a problem with bunching or the oad moving position.

I have a very heavy flow during the first couple days of my period, am very tall and I sleep on my back. Because of these reasons, I leak out the back of normal overnight pads. These are very long, so I stain my underwear much less than I used to. They are pretty bulky, so I wouldn't want to wear them during the day, but they're perfect for at night. If I could change one thing, I would make them a bit longer. But overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds that normal overnight pads don't offer quite enough coverage.
