I just wanted to say that I have been using Always products for a number of years now and I do not use any other brand. I just wanted to say thank you for the invention of the Maximum Overnight Protection that I only found on the supermarket shelf yesterday. I am a chronic heavy bleeder and for the first time in the last five years I was able to have a good nights sleep or not afraid to go to work without being embarrased. It provides ample coverage and I would encourage others who may have a similar problem to try this product. It really does work. Thank you so much.

They don’t leak or mess up her underwears like other brands has did. They are the right size for her and she is a thick girl. They help keep her dry and fresh feeling.

I suffer from very heavy periods and these pads make me feel amazing. I no longer have to worry if I am going to make a mess on my chair at work. I don't even check any more because the coverage is amazing. Although it feels a bit bulky..but I would rather deal with that feeling, rather than feeling under protected. Lately my period has been EXTREMELY heavy, and especially at night. The heaviest pad I had only could hold my period for 2 hours! So, I went to the Always website and looked at the heaviest flow pad they had. Suprisingly, these were very easy to find! Even though these are very very big, I am able to spend the whole night in these and not have any leaks, or be worried about leaking. You certainly can feel them, but they aren't itchy or uncomfortable. Another great bonus is that they DON'T BUNCH! That is fantastic because most pads always bunch and it really annoys me. I also really like how this pad has a decent amound of adhesive- something that many pads lack Something I like that isn't related to the product at all is the color of the packaging- I love the purple! :)

I have Thyroid Cancer and one of the side effects of this is extremely heavy periods. I finally have a pad that can handle my period. I was having to double up for length but this is no longer a problem. Thank You for allowing me to feel confident and protected.

I love these pads to not only wear overnight but during the day time too. I personally dislike tampons they bother me so pads have always been my go too. This pad seeps in all the blood however if you are a heavy bleeder the first few days you have to change your pad every few hours or hour in order to not leak. But other than that they are really helpful and comfortable

I will only buy these, if the store is out I will keep shopping until I find them even if that means me going to multiple stores. With these I don't have to worry about any mess at all and confident that I will not mess up my clothes and be comfortable with activities. So worth the price and then some.

They are good because they’re not as thick as other ones and they are helpful because they are light thin and airy. I love how they’re very formfitting and also very absorb it comparative to what I’ve been using. Can’t say they’re for everybody because as everyone knows some days are different than others but for the most part these are great for the heavy days.
