I have a very heavy cycle and have depended on these pads. Now the thickness is gone and does not provide 10 hrs. protection only about 2 to 2 ½ protection. Why the change????? Always have plenty thin pads, can one of the products be thick. Who is making these decisions men or women?

After trying pretty much every overnight pad on the market I came across these. Huge game changer! I am a pretty loyal tampon user, but switched between pads and tampons overnight or sometimes both combined for better protection. I never felt confident enough in any of the pads on heavier nights, including the ultra thin version and the infinity version as well. Until I found these! The length is amazing and gives me amazing comfort and piece of mind. All parts of my panties feel covered off and I don't have to worry about where I am vulnerable to leaks. I wear them with a full brief to accommodate and make sure they are body hugging to keep the pad nice and close to my body. But I can toss and turn and lay on my stomach, on my back or spread eagle and this pad has my back (and my sheets back!). The pad is definitely thick, which is not for everyone, but when you want to feel protected and get a good nights sleep, you don't care how thick it is! I used to get up at least once a night to change a tampon or pad or because I could feel either one leaking. It makes for some rough mornings when you haven't slept much and to top it off you have to make a mad dash to the bathroom to make sure your pad will hold the morning gushes. Not with this pad. I can actually get up, let the dog out and then make my way to the bathroom to shower and change for the day. I know this pad will be able to handle anything my period wants to throw its way. Like I say, I am not a regular pad user during the days, and I hope to never need to use these in the day, but I will gladly use this mega maxi at night when my flow is heavy. I stock up when I see them on sale as I can't find them in all stores. I laugh at the comparably small size of other night pads now and can't imagine how those ever did anything for me! Don't stop making these Always! You have a convert for life!

They definitely don’t allow any leakage which is the most important factor to me. But they are also super comfy despite the thickness. The length is perfect too makes you feel secure knowing that you wont wait to with a leak. I’ve highly recommended them to my family and friends. Always has always been a brand that I buy.

I have adenomyosis so my periods can be quite heavy in the beginning stages so I do like having these on hand. With others I double up to avoid any issues, with these I just need one morning, afternoon and evening to deal with the heavy flow I get and it keeps my protected from ANY kind of leakage. I feel very secure with it.

I have used these pads for years because I loved how long, thick and comfortable they were. For a few months now I noticed the pad has changed. It is thinner which causes it to bunch up towards the center. And even the adhesive on the wings seems less sticky which causes the pad to move around. Please change them back to the way they were. They just fine the way they were, why the change?

Are these pads big and bulky? Yes. But do they work? Yes! As I entered my early-mid 20s, I found my periods started getting MUCH heavier and more intense than they had ever been before. My regular pads just no longer cut it--I was getting frequent leaks--occasionally quite embarrassing ones! Then I switched to these and found peace of mind. I can wear these on my heaviest days for a full work day or full night without changing them. I barely ever get leaks on my underwear while wearing these, and never get leaks bad enough to go through to my pants. I still switch to a thinner pad on the later days of my period, but these are a must-have during the first 2-3 heavy days.

My period can be extremely heavy. I get a gush of blood every morning when I first stand up out of bed, and I used to wake up in the morning and try to walk to the bathroom with my legs squeezed together to hold that gush in and avoid ruining the carpet. I'm serious, if I didn't succeed, it was like I had peed myself but with blood. There was also one day at work (clothing retail) that I had to buy TWO new pairs of pants, as well as panties, because I soaked through twice. After that I started just bringing extra pants to work. I found these a little more than a year ago and haven't had a problem since. The extra length and the width in the back, combined with the incredible absorbency, can take anything my uterus throws at them. I have my period right now, and I have white sheets on my bed, and I am a very floppy sleeper, but my sheets are unblemished this morning.

They removed a bit of the absorbent material and the wings right where, if you are a side sleeper, you will leak all over everything! It's hard to explain in text, but I miss the design of the older pad with the super long wings. I guess I just have to only sleep on my back. FYI, due to the new design, even with medium flow, the pad leaks after 6 hours of sleep. Not 10.

I’ve used these pads since high school. They are great in the sense that they are the largest ones available on the market, but they’re actually not large enough. As a plus sized woman, I’m desperate to find pads that are longer, even by just a few inches. Every time I put one on, especially overnight, I have to decide weather I’m going to have to sacrifice the front or the back of whatever underwear I’m wearing because there’s certainly going to be some stain by the time I have to change. So, if you have a heavy flow, this is great. If you have a heavy flow and you’re larger, this is still your best bet, but be wary about leaking.
