OMG. Why hasn't Always made this product sooner? I just got these last month and am more thrilled than pleased that I found what I was searching for, all these years. I always used to join 2 or sometimes 3 pads since none of them were long enough. I am not a tall or heavy built woman, but I have heavy flows. At work or at night, these pads at great length avoid my work pants and night dresses clean. Thank you , Thank you very much, Always. BTW, this is my first ever product review. I am so thrilled.

First time using the overnight pads and as always they didn’t disappoint me , very comfortable and soft , no leaks just perfect! I really recommend it to everyone one with heavy periods!

This is the only pad on the market that will handle my extremely heavy flow. In 10 minutes I can overfill all other pads! Since I have to wear these during the day, due to such a heavy flow, I find that they are bulky. It is a nice long pad and is definitely great for overnight. I just wish I could find them on more stores shelves

I love these overnight ones specifically especially with the wings because they made me feel secured at night and not be scared to wake up in the morning with a mess on my bed. The wings help keep everything in and I would recommend especially if your flows are very heavy.

I'm not giving 5 stars because altho I made the mistake and bought the thick (yuck) pads instead of thin - I'm warning others to check order SEVERAL times before completing purchase. I'm really careful about it, because labeling is nearly identical, but I missed it this time. Always brand should make thick and thin pads packaging more distinct. I know I'm speaking for a lot of women here. 12

Well after having my second baby i decided to get an IUD (paragard) which is said to make your cycles heavier. So in preparation for my first cycle post baby I purchased the always infinity overnight because before I had the baby I used the super always infinity and loved them. Well my cycle came and to say that it was heavy would be an understatement! I was leaking through the always infinity overnight within an hour! Having accidents and everything and I was so upset about it...but then I went to the store and saw these. Right then and there I decided that I didn't care if it felt like I had a diaper on, I wanted to be protected from aunt flo's messes lol! This product made it so much easier for me and didn't feel like a diaper at all and didn't have not one leak. These sanitary napkins make me feel like I'm in control of my body again and I love it! I will definitely be stocking up on these when I go to the store...thanks always!

Two kids, and 431 periods later, regular maxis just do no cut it. I had tried every combination under the sun of both pads and tampons and still woke up in the morning to a crime scene. This is the absolute best product. I have convinced total strangers in the drug store to purchase them. The pharmacist at my local box store heard me raving about these and decided to give it a try. A few weeks later she practically leaped over the counter to tell me how much she loved this product, and that she herself had recommended it to customers! Great job Always!

This pad has many great qualities that provides a piece of mind and comfort on my nights of heavy flows. I have a 7 day period with 3 days of heavy flow, so I always need an overnight pad to wear to prevent accidents from happening, and I love that the wings allow the pad to stay in place and the extra longness of the pad keeps in firm and in place. It doesn't bunch up when I move around or toss and turn, plus the pad expands a bit in the back to catch any flow that may occur while sleeping on my back. The grooves allow an extra wall of protection, and the absorbency is so great, that I feel dry in the mornings. I usually wear tampons with overnight pads on my heavy nights, but these pads add extra protection that I feel comfortable enough to allow flow and not worry about having any accidents. The overnight pads are fantastic and I could go on and on how great there are, so I highly recommend them.

My period can be extremely heavy. I get a gush of blood every morning when I first stand up out of bed, and I used to wake up in the morning and try to walk to the bathroom with my legs squeezed together to hold that gush in and avoid ruining the carpet. I'm serious, if I didn't succeed, it was like I had peed myself but with blood. There was also one day at work (clothing retail) that I had to buy TWO new pairs of pants, as well as panties, because I soaked through twice. After that I started just bringing extra pants to work. I found these a little more than a year ago and haven't had a problem since. The extra length and the width in the back, combined with the incredible absorbency, can take anything my uterus throws at them. I have my period right now, and I have white sheets on my bed, and I am a very floppy sleeper, but my sheets are unblemished this morning.
