These thinner over night size 5 are HORRIBLE!!! I leak through them constantly. Am not able to wear overnight cause I have to get up n change the pad is clean but I am not! The wings are not placed at the right level and the extra wide front and back the thicker pads hadcare missing! Those thicker ones were much better I never had issues with those! I loved the extra wide parts at the top n back! These thinner ones SUCK!!!! I had a leak through at work 2 hours into my shift! Had to rus to the bathroom to change my clothes completely! 😤😡😡😡

As a woman who was diagnosed with PCOS, I have extremely infrequent but heavy flows. As in, I have to change sometimes 1-2 times an hour. When my family told me about these, I was a bit skeptical. Once I tried them, I fell in love LOL. I can sleep better at night and feel more safe at work when I use these pads. Thank you for making an awesome product that us ladies with bleeding problems can use!

This is the only pad on the market that will handle my extremely heavy flow. In 10 minutes I can overfill all other pads! Since I have to wear these during the day, due to such a heavy flow, I find that they are bulky. It is a nice long pad and is definitely great for overnight. I just wish I could find them on more stores shelves

These are one of my favorite pad brands ever! They are so light and comfortable you barely feel like you are wearing it. The box is so pretty and then when you open it it has cute designs on the pads and you can smell that they are scented which i love!

I use these every month. They are a life saver. I have a VERY heavy flow, so much so that it effected my work, and I felt like the Nile during Moses' times. Now, I feel so much more confident and comfortable at work and during the night. THANK YOU ALWAYS

Literally the only brand I use. And I use the giant ones. I want maximum comfort and protection. Comfortable at night and during the day. Really absorbent, I've never leaked with these ones. I wore them postpartum and they were so great. Definitely recommend for all flow types.

I will admit that Always isn’t my go-to and that I normally buy Equate, but that’s only because of the price and not the quality. Always brand has always had wonderful quality and I’ve used them many, many times. I purchase these for nighttime use while I’m sleeping and 9/10 they cover completely; they rarely shift during the night.

I only just discovered this option last month, and I am so glad I did. I always have to put the green and orange pads on backwards because of flow issues--but with this, even though some of the pad is (as a previous reviewer put it) "wasted", I can put it on like a normal pad. I LOVE this thing. I can wear it and not worry at ALL about any leaking into my pants in the front OR in the back.

My flow used to be very light, nothing that I ever had to worry about. However, every woman knows that your body changes. I won't go into any details by we all have been there. So I realized for me to stay discreet, I was going to need a heavy flow, extra long pad. This is the only one I trust with my body.
