I have Thyroid Cancer and one of the side effects of this is extremely heavy periods. I finally have a pad that can handle my period. I was having to double up for length but this is no longer a problem. Thank You for allowing me to feel confident and protected.

I have never done a review for a pad before, but I cannot say enough good things about this pad!! After suffering with a suddenly heavy flow that worsens around 2am, and soaking through a super plus tampon and Always Overnight Maxi, I picked up a package of these and I have slept comfortably ever since! No more getting up 3 times a night to change a super plus tampon and overnight pad. I feel so protected, have had no leaks, and they stay where they are supposed to. I tend to leak at the front and they gave me lots of coverage at the front, while keeping my back end nicely covered too. I can sleep in any position I want, without having to worry about leaking everywhere. Yes they are bulky, but I find that reassuring knowing I am covered. I used to stick to Always overnights maxi or Overnights Infinity and I will not go back for the heaviest nights during my cycle. My flow suddenly increased overnight, and the pad held everything. Usually I would be awoken when that happens, but I did not even realize until I got up the next time. The two sets of wings are a lifesaver. I usually have to make a run for the bathroom when I get up to avoid leaks, but I had no such worries, the pad absorbed everything right away. Even my hubby is pleased! I can sleep better, and I am not getting up a million times to see if I am leaking everywhere. I used to be a tampons all the time girl, but you have converted me Always! I picked up the Always Maximum Protection Maxis and Ultra Thins too, and while I would normally never leave the house wearing a pad, I feel so confident in their protection that I spent my whole day running errands using them!

I purchased these Always overnight pads yesterday as I just started my monthly cycle. In the beginning, it seems to bleed heavier. I used it last night and it absorbed really well. I didn't have any stains on my panties either, which can be a problem with a thinner less absorbent pad. I will definitely repurchase these pads- and highly recommend them!

I’ve used these pads since high school. They are great in the sense that they are the largest ones available on the market, but they’re actually not large enough. As a plus sized woman, I’m desperate to find pads that are longer, even by just a few inches. Every time I put one on, especially overnight, I have to decide weather I’m going to have to sacrifice the front or the back of whatever underwear I’m wearing because there’s certainly going to be some stain by the time I have to change. So, if you have a heavy flow, this is great. If you have a heavy flow and you’re larger, this is still your best bet, but be wary about leaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pad is absorbent and long so really great for heavy flow. However, if you want to be discreet, the wrapper is really noisy so that part is t the greatest. Other pads have a mesh type of wrapper, which would be better.

This product has been a savior to me. For a girl who bleeds a lot doing period, this is the best pad to use at night without getting up every 3 to 4 hours to change it. It is the best pad to me and I use it doing day if I will be out the house for a while.

They removed a bit of the absorbent material and the wings right where, if you are a side sleeper, you will leak all over everything! It's hard to explain in text, but I miss the design of the older pad with the super long wings. I guess I just have to only sleep on my back. FYI, due to the new design, even with medium flow, the pad leaks after 6 hours of sleep. Not 10.

Less than six months ago, I discovered that I am suffering from a small fibroid. Well long story short,,,,,I've always had extremely heavy periods even as a ten year old girl up to my 36 year old self, but now the flow is even heavier with my medical condition. I have faith in, had faith in and is slowly loosing more faith in my reliable Always Extra Heavy Overnight Maxipads with wings. Did the formula change? They are thinner and not as absorbant as they were a few months ago. Until I have my surgery, I must depend on Always. But how do I continue to depend on Always when "Always" is letting me down. Please give us back that super protection or even help us that suffer from this rollercoaster draining the life out of us mentally, physically, and financially becuse heavy flow tends to use two pads at one time ALLLLLLL DAY. Please help, bring your good pads back. :(

One of their largest sizes, I find that it gives me the extra coverage and protection I need, especially on heavy days and overnight. The wings help keep it in place, and I have never had an issue with leakage with this brand. I will continue to purchase as long as they are available.
