Always Maxi Overnight Winged Pads #5 is my sheet-saver! My cycle is like an aggressive rapid, raging over rocks and overturning boats. I feel the pain as it twists and turns. There only thing that saves me from waking sheets in the morning, changing clothes at work and risking certain embarrassment is the winged protection of these hardworking pads! They practically cover me from chin to the nape of my neck. Awesome!!!

P & G has obviously changed this product and it is evident in the lack of full protection it used to provide, especially at night. I have experienced leakage at night during 2 cycles, where before I did not. This is how I know P & G has made changes. P & G if you are reading this, PLEASE CHANGE THIS PRODUCT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL DIMENSIONS!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are amazing for heavy days and at night. They are very absorbent and do not leak at all. Having that bit of confidence when going to bed at night definitely helps you sleep better. The length is a little long but not unbearable.

Since I've had my period I always leaked and could never find a pad that doesn't give me discomfort I get scared of using tampons at night with this pad I don't have to put a towel on my bed when I sleep with this pad it doesn't ruin my underwear and when I laugh or sneeze I don't have to worry lol I have a heavy flow so periods were the worst thank you always I now feel comfortable and confident when I go out awesome awesome product!!!

I used to have heavier flows when I was younger, it this situation always demanded me to seek for quality pads. Always maxi 5 Extra heavy overnight pads was the only ones that truly protected me over night, with no disgusting surprises when I woke up.

One of their largest sizes, I find that it gives me the extra coverage and protection I need, especially on heavy days and overnight. The wings help keep it in place, and I have never had an issue with leakage with this brand. I will continue to purchase as long as they are available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not uncomfortable to wear. The sticky backing kept the pad in place. The pad was not extremely bulky and actually worked for my husband recovering from prostate cancer and the leaking due to surgery. Unscented made it easy for him to use.

I have used these for years and will continue to repurchase. If you have a heavy flow these are a must buy for overnight. The size is very large which helps prevents leaks. They absorb quickly but still hold a lot of blood. This is the best overnight pad in my opinion.

As I work in an office, sitting almost all day, many times accident happened. Until I found these pads. I don't only use them at night. I'm a size 14 and I have some cushions ;) With these pads, I don't have to worry about having accidents. It is 15 inch long and perfectly cover everything. I feel safe wearing them.

My flow got extremely heavy after I stopped the pill. I used to use ultrathin longs and overnights from always, And I would have to change them once an hour or I would leak through my underwear and pants its a tremendously heavy flow, these maxi fives catch the flow and are very absorbent, my only issue is that they should have another set of wings near the back because they’re so long so at night when I sleep they tend to leak out the side (by the leg holes),at the back onto my underwear. If they had a second set of wings to help seal that area and hold the pad in place and wrap around that back part of the leg holes of the underwear, To catch any leaks sneaking out that way, these would be absolutely perfect. I really do like these a lot though . They are a lifesaver. And far more comfortable than you’d think they would be!
