I love always brand. I use a lot of these products. I have a very irregular period and had been going through a ton of pads this month of an off brand. I went to the store and found this, is the first pad in the last three days that hasn't soaked through in hour.

These pads are huge and definitely cover your rear end, and your front. I use them overnight, but sometimes they will leak. It seems like they can't absorb as quickly as I'm needing them too, so it causes leaking. I do not have that issue if sitting or walking, only laying down.

I have an extremely heavy flow! My period laughs at all pads. I finally found a product with full coverage that can help me to sleep comfortably without messing up my sheets! I was sleeping with a towel and running to the restroom in the middle of the night cause my period was so heavy. This pad is the answer to my nighttime heavy flow problems! These are wonderful! Since having a tubal done, my periods have been heavier and more frequent. I was literally using bladder leakage pads in order to have enough coverage during both night time and day time usage, but especially at night. I found these a few months ago, and ever since, I've not needed any other pads. These pads not only have amazing coverage, but they also are just thick enough for me to not have to worry about leaks, but not so thick that I'm walking funny, during daytime usage. I don't even waste my money buying anything else now. Thanks Always!

This product is absolutely amazing! My mom sent me these while I was in Iraq because the PX over there did not have anything that was working for me. After she sent me these the first time, I knew this was a product that I could use and know that I wasn't going to have any "issues" while I was out on missions.

I love-love-love these pads! Because I'm at perimenopause, I tend to get "dry," and tampons aren't as comfortable as they used to be. There is also not really a way of predicting how heavy or how light my flow is going to be. I decided to give Always pads a try. I am more than protected when I wear them, and am very pleased with them. (The only thing that I would change if I could is to make the front of the pad as wide as the back of the pad. I actually wear them with the back of the pad up front, and that protects me better.) I recommend that all perimenopausal women try these!

I very much recommend this product for people who likes most game and like care about their body this is a good product like I brought this product millions of times and there is nothing bad about it at all so people who ever reading this by this product

I absolutely love the Always Extra Heavy Overnight Maxi With Flexi Wings. Before this product, I reserved panties that I would just toss if (and when) I leaked. I would have an intricate arts and crafts project before bed where I would use panty liners to fill in the gaps to prevent the risk of staining my panties. Now, I no longer need to do this!

i come from a family of 6 girls and ALWAYS overnight Pads is what we’ve always bought and used. I stock up and just now have had to buy the new branded ones. I’ve had a reaction to them with burning and painful like blisters. I’m so discouraged to have to find a new pad brand after 15 years.

for the last 27 years i have been going thru this problem, "Staining My Underwear", now that ALWAYS has created this product i dont have to worry anymore. My only suggestion would be to make all ALWAYS pads with the added protection. you dont always have heavy flow days but still need that protection!
