I live in Nigeria. I have dealt with heavy periods all my life and my period has always been an embarrassing and stressful time- definitely at least 1 stain a month! Then my cousin took a trip to the US and bought a 20ct pk. Aha! The Dawn of my liberation! Now, this is the one thing I must have. Every time I am in the US, I ship supplies to last 1 year and if I can't travel, I am willing to pay top Naira for this anytime. Thanks Always, for this life saver!

After trying pretty much every overnight pad on the market I came across these. Huge game changer! I am a pretty loyal tampon user, but switched between pads and tampons overnight or sometimes both combined for better protection. I never felt confident enough in any of the pads on heavier nights, including the ultra thin version and the infinity version as well. Until I found these! The length is amazing and gives me amazing comfort and piece of mind. All parts of my panties feel covered off and I don't have to worry about where I am vulnerable to leaks. I wear them with a full brief to accommodate and make sure they are body hugging to keep the pad nice and close to my body. But I can toss and turn and lay on my stomach, on my back or spread eagle and this pad has my back (and my sheets back!). The pad is definitely thick, which is not for everyone, but when you want to feel protected and get a good nights sleep, you don't care how thick it is! I used to get up at least once a night to change a tampon or pad or because I could feel either one leaking. It makes for some rough mornings when you haven't slept much and to top it off you have to make a mad dash to the bathroom to make sure your pad will hold the morning gushes. Not with this pad. I can actually get up, let the dog out and then make my way to the bathroom to shower and change for the day. I know this pad will be able to handle anything my period wants to throw its way. Like I say, I am not a regular pad user during the days, and I hope to never need to use these in the day, but I will gladly use this mega maxi at night when my flow is heavy. I stock up when I see them on sale as I can't find them in all stores. I laugh at the comparably small size of other night pads now and can't imagine how those ever did anything for me! Don't stop making these Always! You have a convert for life!

I have had a very heavy flow although I didn't realize until recently. I thought accidents were normal. They're not. I always use Always infinity pads and prior to that ultra thin with wings. But since I found these I'm thinking of switching back to maxis because my flow is really heavy day and night. This pad covers all the areas I have trouble with. When I would get up in the morning I would have a gush of blood and it would ruin my underwear and pajamas. Now that is a thing of the past. Love the protection.

It’s all I use for years now. It use to be longer though. I’m 5’6 150lbs and a size 6-8. It use to cover front and back without a problem. Now I leak sometimes on my underwear tags. If i would prefer a larger length I’m certain women who are wider than me would want the same as well. I now have to sleep on my side because it’s not long enough to confidently cover front and back as it use to. I slept however I wanted. It was amazing to sleep with such a carefree freedom. They were perfect!!!! I really wished they bring the larger length back.

Overall these are the best pads I've tried. I've always had a heavy flow and these cover much better than others. I wear them day and night both. My only complaint is I wish they were a tiny bit wider and longer in the front. Sort of like the back of the pad, only on a smaller scale. On especially heavy days or at night when I sleep on my stomach I still sometimes have overflow in the front and this change to the pad would help that. But overall a really good pad.

I love this pad for overnight and super heavy period days too. I find that it's very soft a comfy which I really prefer when things are feeling terrible “down there”. It's great because it has two sets of wings. The ones in the backside help prevent leakage when you are lying or sitting down for extended amount of time. It also prevents the back from shifting. Great product.

At first my daughter and I hated these. Corona has so many items out of stock so these were the only ones we were able to purchase. We felt like we were wearing a diaper they are so big. That is a feeling you actually get use to pretty quickly and begin to no longer notice. But the best part is that we never had any leaks...even while sleeping which is usually the worst. We both flow heavy. Now these are the pads we buy every time!!

I wear this pad not only for overnight but throughout the day as well. I wear it to my office job and it feels wonderful There is no bunching or moving and the cover is just satiny smooth. Being a boy I really love the extra length and the wings. This overnight pad makes me feel so much like a real girl. .

These are good if you have a really heavy flow each month they are really heavy duty very affordable. They can be to bulky sometimes because they are big. So be mindful of what outfits you wear when you have it on so it will not look like you have a on a diaper.
