These pads work amazing because they are extra long and they hold a great amount while I sleep so I can sleep comfortably knowing I am protected. The quality is always great and the durability is exactly what I need. I very highly recommend these.

These are the only pads my daughter and I can use. She has a very heavy cycle just like me! These are the only pads we can actually use, especially at night time, without having to put something underneath us while we sleep. When she started her period, I had to make her sleep on top of a puppy training pad to not leak on the bedding...sad. Not anymore! These night time pads ROCK!

These pads are the perfect size for anyone with a heavy menstrual cycle without being overly big and making it look like you have a diaper on. These are the perfect pads for daytime and especially night time to prevent leaking through.

Honestly I can't really give much of a review on this one I've only ever used them postpartum but I can't say I bring them with me to the hospital I use them after I get home they're consistent reliable the packaging is clean and clear I'd given to an expectant mommy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woah these are some large pads! But that's OK because this big booty gal needs some extra coverage at night. I would not recommend wearing these out and about as the bulkinesss is definitely something you'll notice but for around the home and overnight use I felt secure that I'd have no leakage. The extra panels on the back didn't always stay in perfect place but as I only used them at night it wasn't an issue. So if you're looking for something to protect you when the flow decides to travel up your behind....these are the pads for you.

I loved this product BEFORE you made it in the size 5 only. There are smaller women who need this size pad for their heavy flow but since the sizes have been added they don't fit as well. They are two big for me now but I still need the heavy duty pad. Please bring back the previous pads that you offered BEFORE you put sizes on them. Maybe you could offer both and let people choose.

I feel protected and don’t have to worry about an accident. The wings helped protect me even more while I was sleeping. The pad is longer also so I don’t have to worry anymore. They are comfortable and very absorbent.

I love these pads to not only wear overnight but during the day time too. I personally dislike tampons they bother me so pads have always been my go too. This pad seeps in all the blood however if you are a heavy bleeder the first few days you have to change your pad every few hours or hour in order to not leak. But other than that they are really helpful and comfortable
