I LIKE THE COVERAGE OF THE OVERNIGHT EXTRA HEAVY FLOW BUT WOULD PREFER NOT TO HAVE THE WINGS. THEY OFTEN DO NOT STICK WELL, THERE IS EXTRA PAPER ON THE EDGES OF THE WINGS WHICH ADDS TO THE BULK. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE ADHESIVE WAS EXTENED TO THE END OF THE PAD. IT NOW STOPS ABOUT ONE INCH BEFORE WHICH ALLOWS THE PAD TO DOUBLE BACK UNDER SOME CONDITIONS.

These pads are the perfect size for anyone with a heavy menstrual cycle without being overly big and making it look like you have a diaper on. These are the perfect pads for daytime and especially night time to prevent leaking through.

These pads work great, I used to have to worry about leaking at night, but not anymore. I would recommend these to anyone with heavy flow. They are also very comfortable and I don't mind wearing them during the day during my heaviest flow. Great product, thank you Always!!! :)

As I mentioned previously, I use this pad during the day as well, especially during high flow times. I work in an office enviroment and wear fitted suits, dresses, skirts and blouses, body con clothes all requiring shapewear (high waist long leg panty girdle and longline bra) to give me the smooth finished look i like and need. During that time of the month, these size 5x overnight maxi pads, afford me the protection i need to keep my underwear and shape wear clean and "accident" free yet remain reasonably comfortable even worn under a high waist long leg panty girdle and stockings. The next time, try them, you will be pleasantly surprised how good you will look and feel. Later in my cycle, i'll switch to the Infinity size 5 FLEX foam pads for complete protection. They are in a word....WONDERFUL. i just wish the adhesive used was stronger for more security when using with nylon panties or attaching directly to my girdle when using them as a liner.

These pads are huge and definitely cover your rear end, and your front. I use them overnight, but sometimes they will leak. It seems like they can't absorb as quickly as I'm needing them too, so it causes leaking. I do not have that issue if sitting or walking, only laying down.

I feel protected and don’t have to worry about an accident. The wings helped protect me even more while I was sleeping. The pad is longer also so I don’t have to worry anymore. They are comfortable and very absorbent.

With a heart condition that requires blood thinning medication, it makes for extremely heavy periods. I had resorted to buy both regular pads for lighter days and adult bladder protection undergarments for the worst days. Now I only have to have the Always for the entire deal. Less money spent in the store and I don't have to spend time walking around with an adult diaper on.

I gave you a 1 for flexibility even though it should’ve been a 5. Why? Because they are flexible as heck so every time i move they move too and I bleed all over the place. The inventions of pads were great. They were created to keep us from bleeding everywhere but at this point I’d rather just bleed everywhere if they never stay in place. I don’t understand why you don’t make a stronger adhesive (making sure it doesn’t irritate our parts) or attach some tape! I bought these thinking these look similar to the ones at the hospital so I should fine. Epic fail! I have to make sure i have on tight underwear along with tights to try to hold it together. Figure something out! It’s not time for a new flexible pretty pad..it’s time for a pad that actually stickssssss to underwear…i just had a baby and this is my first period after birth…but I’ve dealing with this my entire life!

Even though it says overnight, I use this everyday during my period. I use like 4/day. I don't have to worry about possible stains on my behind of front. It takes care of my anxiety and heavy flow. If you're thin,I don't recommend it using during the day, unless you are wearing baggy pants or else it'll feel very diaper-ish.

Since having a tubal done, my periods have been heavier and more frequent. I was literally using bladder leakage pads in order to have enough coverage during both night time and day time usage, but especially at night. I found these a few months ago, and ever since, I've not needed any other pads. These pads not only have amazing coverage, but they also are just thick enough for me to not have to worry about leaks, but not so thick that I'm walking funny, during daytime usage. I don't even waste my money buying anything else now. Thanks Always!
