I have been an Always pad user for over 25 years. I have noticed an obvious decline in the product while the price has skyrocketed. I am a plus size woman. I first used the extra protection then the style designed for sizes over 14. (Orange wrapper) The over night (Purple wrapper) was like a heaven sent item when it first came out a few years ago. I have noticed, however, that as time went on the adhesive does not stick as well, and there needs to be more adhesive in the front and end of the pad. They tend to bend upon sitting and the last 1-2 inches folds over. This causes me to have leaks. I was out at a restaurant today and was faced with tying the old jacket around the waist. Not fun. Please Always...listen to us ladies and improve the product. Perhaps, do a "Size 14 & Up" Overnight pad for the larger ladies. An extra inch or two (with sufficient adhesive) would make a huge difference. There are plenty of us plus sized ladies that would purchase the product.

I've leaked through the size 5 overnights in as little as a half an hour on my heaviest days. It's a shame Always doesn't still offer the old thicker versions of their pads. My problem with leaking through sanitary napkins didn't start until manufactures switched to thinner materials with supposed "ultra absorbent cores." If you ask me I think they just add blue dye to the material of their pads and the real reason the switched materials was to cut down on costs. Now it seems I'm doomed to have to carry around a change of clothes and a towel to lay down atop anything I sit on for 3 days out of every month. I miss the security and freedom of thick diaper like protection.

I LIKE THE COVERAGE OF THE OVERNIGHT EXTRA HEAVY FLOW BUT WOULD PREFER NOT TO HAVE THE WINGS. THEY OFTEN DO NOT STICK WELL, THERE IS EXTRA PAPER ON THE EDGES OF THE WINGS WHICH ADDS TO THE BULK. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE ADHESIVE WAS EXTENED TO THE END OF THE PAD. IT NOW STOPS ABOUT ONE INCH BEFORE WHICH ALLOWS THE PAD TO DOUBLE BACK UNDER SOME CONDITIONS.

My flow got extremely heavy after I stopped the pill. I used to use ultrathin longs and overnights from always, And I would have to change them once an hour or I would leak through my underwear and pants its a tremendously heavy flow, these maxi fives catch the flow and are very absorbent, my only issue is that they should have another set of wings near the back because they’re so long so at night when I sleep they tend to leak out the side (by the leg holes),at the back onto my underwear. If they had a second set of wings to help seal that area and hold the pad in place and wrap around that back part of the leg holes of the underwear, To catch any leaks sneaking out that way, these would be absolutely perfect. I really do like these a lot though . They are a lifesaver. And far more comfortable than you’d think they would be!

Because I have to be hooked to a machine for 3 and a half hours for dialysis these are the best before using these I would be worried about standing at the end of treatment afraid I was going to leak and mess up my clothes and I can also sleep at night without having to jump up thinking I've overflowed thanks I love them!!!!

P & G has obviously changed this product and it is evident in the lack of full protection it used to provide, especially at night. I have experienced leakage at night during 2 cycles, where before I did not. This is how I know P & G has made changes. P & G if you are reading this, PLEASE CHANGE THIS PRODUCT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL DIMENSIONS!!!

I am so glad that Always finally designed a pad that can thoroughly handle a heavy flow. With these pads I don't have to change as often as I did with your other products, the wings/length of pad coverage over the panty helps keep from leaking, overall gives me a lot more "peace of mind" and "confidence" to go through my day with with little worry. **I recommend odor lock in and stronger adhesion for this padding since it so thick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pads, they are great. They handle my whole leakage during my period.I use these later in my cycle when I’m bleeding more than usual. In the beginning the flow is not too bad I can usually use the size 4 ones.

I used these majorly after having my baby boy five months ago. I felt they supported me well through it. However aside from heavy moments, I feel like the wings don't really hold the pad in place too much. They are reliable pads, but it was super annoying having to fix it all the time. At least I was able to sleep peaceful without having to worry about leaks.
