As I mentioned previously, I use this pad during the day as well, especially during high flow times. I work in an office enviroment and wear fitted suits, dresses, skirts and blouses, body con clothes all requiring shapewear (high waist long leg panty girdle and longline bra) to give me the smooth finished look i like and need. During that time of the month, these size 5x overnight maxi pads, afford me the protection i need to keep my underwear and shape wear clean and "accident" free yet remain reasonably comfortable even worn under a high waist long leg panty girdle and stockings. The next time, try them, you will be pleasantly surprised how good you will look and feel. Later in my cycle, i'll switch to the Infinity size 5 FLEX foam pads for complete protection. They are in a word....WONDERFUL. i just wish the adhesive used was stronger for more security when using with nylon panties or attaching directly to my girdle when using them as a liner.

I do definitely appreciate that these are unscented, because I already do not want people knowing that I am having my monthly or wearing an overnight pad. These pads fit comfortably and the wings definitely help keep them in place even overnight. I definitely recommend these to help out with heavy flow days.

Lately my period has been EXTREMELY heavy, and especially at night. The heaviest pad I had only could hold my period for 2 hours! So, I went to the Always website and looked at the heaviest flow pad they had. Suprisingly, these were very easy to find! Even though these are very very big, I am able to spend the whole night in these and not have any leaks, or be worried about leaking. You certainly can feel them, but they aren't itchy or uncomfortable. Another great bonus is that they DON'T BUNCH! That is fantastic because most pads always bunch and it really annoys me. I also really like how this pad has a decent amound of adhesive- something that many pads lack Something I like that isn't related to the product at all is the color of the packaging- I love the purple! :)

My period is super heavy every single month. I am constantly checking my pad to make sure it is getting everything and not going all over my undies. This pad is so long both ways that my underwear is completely protected. I am so thankful that I can go out and feel confident that I do not have to worry about bleeding through this pad. The only thing I would change is making the middle of the pad a little more absorbent.

My favorite pads and absorb heavy flow better than the other brands. It will last a few cycles for the 20 count. I have no complaints or advice on how to improve the product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pads, they are great. They handle my whole leakage during my period.I use these later in my cycle when I’m bleeding more than usual. In the beginning the flow is not too bad I can usually use the size 4 ones.

I just recently got your product and its sub-par. What I do like about your pad is the length and extra back cover. Whats really disappointing is the adhesive. When I saw that it have wings, I thought great provides extra security to stay in place. Unfortunately, it is not sticking to the underwear at all. I try it on new underwear the fabric is polyester and nope the wings don't even manage to stay. It scrunches up and have no problem sticking to itself. I am extremely careful how I put it on my underwear because I want to make sure it covers the area I need to. Still no luck. This really left a bad impression on me, which sucks because I really do like the length. How can a company promise security when the pad doesn't stay when I apply it. And the first thing it does is fold when I pull my underwear up. When I am wearing a great pad, I shouldn't have to worry about security period.

I have been an Always pad user for over 25 years. I have noticed an obvious decline in the product while the price has skyrocketed. I am a plus size woman. I first used the extra protection then the style designed for sizes over 14. (Orange wrapper) The over night (Purple wrapper) was like a heaven sent item when it first came out a few years ago. I have noticed, however, that as time went on the adhesive does not stick as well, and there needs to be more adhesive in the front and end of the pad. They tend to bend upon sitting and the last 1-2 inches folds over. This causes me to have leaks. I was out at a restaurant today and was faced with tying the old jacket around the waist. Not fun. Please Always...listen to us ladies and improve the product. Perhaps, do a "Size 14 & Up" Overnight pad for the larger ladies. An extra inch or two (with sufficient adhesive) would make a huge difference. There are plenty of us plus sized ladies that would purchase the product.

I am on a limited budget, and I have gotten older so things have changed. I have dreamt of a perfect liner, and was so excited when I opened the package. It covers everything I need, and I can feel comfortable going out again! This is the best of many I have tried.
