Lately my period has been EXTREMELY heavy, and especially at night. The heaviest pad I had only could hold my period for 2 hours! So, I went to the Always website and looked at the heaviest flow pad they had. Suprisingly, these were very easy to find! Even though these are very very big, I am able to spend the whole night in these and not have any leaks, or be worried about leaking. You certainly can feel them, but they aren't itchy or uncomfortable. Another great bonus is that they DON'T BUNCH! That is fantastic because most pads always bunch and it really annoys me. I also really like how this pad has a decent amound of adhesive- something that many pads lack Something I like that isn't related to the product at all is the color of the packaging- I love the purple! :)

The only pads I have ever used are Always overnight. I recently went through menopause and after three years started my menstrual again. So of course I went back to what I have trusted for so many years. But something has changed and they are now like a cheap diaper that leaks!! A pack of 14 lasted for one day with constantly having to change and getting up throughout the night to change bed sheets, shower and wash clothes. These have really become a waste of money and a pitiful product which for many years I used to love. Now I have to find another brand. Highly disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a plus sized woman so I usually buy the larger sized pads even for daytime, but overnight pads really are required at night - especially with wings. I experienced no irritation from these unscented pads. They were slightly thicker than what I have used in the past, but I still appreciated the protection they provided. I did not worry about leaking all night. I would use them again.

This is the only pad on the market that will handle my extremely heavy flow. In 10 minutes I can overfill all other pads! Since I have to wear these during the day, due to such a heavy flow, I find that they are bulky. It is a nice long pad and is definitely great for overnight. I just wish I could find them on more stores shelves

So without being gross but also completely honest, my periods are short but I have a very heavy flow. I bleed heavy for 2 days and then I'm done on the third day. I use these overnight pads for the first two days so I don't bleed at night and they are excellent. They fold well and I haven't bled through yet. Affordable too!

These are good if you have a really heavy flow each month they are really heavy duty very affordable. They can be to bulky sometimes because they are big. So be mindful of what outfits you wear when you have it on so it will not look like you have a on a diaper.

I’m so happy I received these just in time to try them while on my cycle. I have a very heavy flow and it’s not a good experience. Especially while I’m sleeping. I usually have to get several times at night to change the last pad I was using. They gave me little yo no protection. With these always 5 overnights I can feel confident that I will not have leaks.

With having a fairly decent flow. The overnight protection is a must. The extra protection makes you sleep better knowing you have the protection.

I'm not giving 5 stars because altho I made the mistake and bought the thick (yuck) pads instead of thin - I'm warning others to check order SEVERAL times before completing purchase. I'm really careful about it, because labeling is nearly identical, but I missed it this time. Always brand should make thick and thin pads packaging more distinct. I know I'm speaking for a lot of women here. 12

I've had my tubes tied for 15 years and I bleed so heavy and when I found these pads I was so happy because they're like the ones that they give you after you have a baby but they're thin you don't feel then you can go to sleep and not worry about getting a mess on your blankets when I found them I said blessings on blessings on blessings. I no longer wear tampons
