[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woah these are some large pads! But that's OK because this big booty gal needs some extra coverage at night. I would not recommend wearing these out and about as the bulkinesss is definitely something you'll notice but for around the home and overnight use I felt secure that I'd have no leakage. The extra panels on the back didn't always stay in perfect place but as I only used them at night it wasn't an issue. So if you're looking for something to protect you when the flow decides to travel up your behind....these are the pads for you.

Well after having my second baby i decided to get an IUD (paragard) which is said to make your cycles heavier. So in preparation for my first cycle post baby I purchased the always infinity overnight because before I had the baby I used the super always infinity and loved them. Well my cycle came and to say that it was heavy would be an understatement! I was leaking through the always infinity overnight within an hour! Having accidents and everything and I was so upset about it...but then I went to the store and saw these. Right then and there I decided that I didn't care if it felt like I had a diaper on, I wanted to be protected from aunt flo's messes lol! This product made it so much easier for me and didn't feel like a diaper at all and didn't have not one leak. These sanitary napkins make me feel like I'm in control of my body again and I love it! I will definitely be stocking up on these when I go to the store...thanks always!

They are good because they’re not as thick as other ones and they are helpful because they are light thin and airy. I love how they’re very formfitting and also very absorb it comparative to what I’ve been using. Can’t say they’re for everybody because as everyone knows some days are different than others but for the most part these are great for the heavy days.

hi i used to love this brand the Extra Heavy Overnight Pads with Wings and i knew it would always keep me dry and not leak it was big and bulky and very long so it kept in all the leaks. but now that you redid the pad its just like all the other pads its not a Extra Heavy Overnight Pad anymore it feels like a regular its way too thin it don't hold in what its supposed to its too much too the back when i want some protection in the front also. i miss your old version i think you should of just kept the older version and made this one on the side and not complete take away the way it was. today i went to use one of these new ones i thought they were the older ones cause i know the ones i use are the Dark purple colored so i put it on and went to bed and woke up with leaks ..so i went back and put on a new one while putting it on i read the label and it said new and improved on it and i read the whole pack and said " Hmm i must of bought the wrong one i guess they changed the color or something" so later on that day i went get a new pack hoping that i just brought the wrong one but no they were all like the one i had gotten so now i think i have to find another pad too use cause i tried all those others that guys make and they don't work for me so thank you for time we had but now i has to go find another one

Those heavy flows where it is like someone opened the flood gates, they are exhausting. These pads are great at protected from front to back, side to side. They absorb well, are flexible and aren't too thick to where it feels like you have a small mattress between your legs. If you suffer from heavy periods, have some these pads on hand and you will thank yourself later. I love that they are unscented and affordable as well!

Somewhere in the last 6 months, they've changed something about the pads. Now it seems like it's constantly drawing the blood down the wings and around into the underwear or pants that I'm wearing. I don't know if it's a new moisture Wick or a new dry weave material, but it's literally drawing the blood into my clothing by it following the wings

I have often woken up to stained clothes and sheets even when I've put a super tampon in right before bed. Recently I've been trying to move away from tampons at bedtime and this product is allowing me to do so. Its comfortable enough that I dont notice it after a few minutes and the wing design keeps it place.
