I will actually wear these during the day, too, when my period is particularly heavy. They have great coverage and protection, but I do find it chafes my bum a bit when wearing all day. Also, it is a downside that these are thick and bulky, but the new lightweight ones don't seem to have as good as coverage and I will still have issues.

Less than six months ago, I discovered that I am suffering from a small fibroid. Well long story short,,,,,I've always had extremely heavy periods even as a ten year old girl up to my 36 year old self, but now the flow is even heavier with my medical condition. I have faith in, had faith in and is slowly loosing more faith in my reliable Always Extra Heavy Overnight Maxipads with wings. Did the formula change? They are thinner and not as absorbant as they were a few months ago. Until I have my surgery, I must depend on Always. But how do I continue to depend on Always when "Always" is letting me down. Please give us back that super protection or even help us that suffer from this rollercoaster draining the life out of us mentally, physically, and financially becuse heavy flow tends to use two pads at one time ALLLLLLL DAY. Please help, bring your good pads back. :(

This is the only pad on the market that will handle my extremely heavy flow. In 10 minutes I can overfill all other pads! Since I have to wear these during the day, due to such a heavy flow, I find that they are bulky. It is a nice long pad and is definitely great for overnight. I just wish I could find them on more stores shelves

I just wanted to say that I have been using Always products for a number of years now and I do not use any other brand. I just wanted to say thank you for the invention of the Maximum Overnight Protection that I only found on the supermarket shelf yesterday. I am a chronic heavy bleeder and for the first time in the last five years I was able to have a good nights sleep or not afraid to go to work without being embarrased. It provides ample coverage and I would encourage others who may have a similar problem to try this product. It really does work. Thank you so much.

These pads are huge and definitely cover your rear end, and your front. I use them overnight, but sometimes they will leak. It seems like they can't absorb as quickly as I'm needing them too, so it causes leaking. I do not have that issue if sitting or walking, only laying down.

I have uterine fibroids, and I have trouble finding pads that help me. Then I used Always, and it has changed my daily life. I don't have to worry about leaks all day. I can leave the house and sleep and know that I am ok. I just wanted to let your company know to keep producing this product!!!!

With a heart condition that requires blood thinning medication, it makes for extremely heavy periods. I had resorted to buy both regular pads for lighter days and adult bladder protection undergarments for the worst days. Now I only have to have the Always for the entire deal. Less money spent in the store and I don't have to spend time walking around with an adult diaper on.

I thought I would save some money this month when "aunt Flo" decided to arrive 3 days before my planned vacation. I told myself as I was in the feminine products isle, I said " aren't they all the same? They all do the same thing, why not buy the off brand." I was so disappointed. The off brand was not the worth the savings. I went out that very next morning and bought my reliable ,comfortable "Always" Lesson learned, you "can't put on a price on comfort!"
