As I work in an office, sitting almost all day, many times accident happened. Until I found these pads. I don't only use them at night. I'm a size 14 and I have some cushions ;) With these pads, I don't have to worry about having accidents. It is 15 inch long and perfectly cover everything. I feel safe wearing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the Always brand itself but these pads are just waaaay to think. You can literally see it through your clothes. They are not comfortable at all to wear. I will probably opt for thinner ones if given the chance.

I never thought I would wear a true maxi (I have always worn ultra thins) but my recent very heavy bleeding had other ideas. These are truly for heavy flows and have a wide back-end that extends up the back for full coverage. Great for overnight as I didn't have to change multiple times in the night and relatively comfortable for being a maxi. Also love the cotton cover that isn't sticky and doesn't seem to irritate my skin. Win!

I have used these pads for many years because they were the best and no other brand could be compared to Always, but recently you changed the top layer of the pad and it is terrible, it does not function as it should everything leaks at the bottom. I really hope that you will change pads to the previous material and that you will be the best again.

P & G has obviously changed this product and it is evident in the lack of full protection it used to provide, especially at night. I have experienced leakage at night during 2 cycles, where before I did not. This is how I know P & G has made changes. P & G if you are reading this, PLEASE CHANGE THIS PRODUCT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL DIMENSIONS!!!

I love this pad for overnight and super heavy period days too. I find that it's very soft a comfy which I really prefer when things are feeling terrible “down there”. It's great because it has two sets of wings. The ones in the backside help prevent leakage when you are lying or sitting down for extended amount of time. It also prevents the back from shifting. Great product.

I dress everyday for an office environment and wear suits, dresses, skirts, and sometimes slacks. During at time of the month, I want and need superior protection and absorbency. Becsuse of my outfits, i need shapewear to give me appearance of togetherness. Using the size 5 maxi overnight pad and panties under my shapewear gives me the feeling and protection I like.....no leakage or staining yet comfortable (relatively) even during a high flow.

My 2nd day on my period is special, so I need special care. Here come those pads; honestly, they feel like diapers. They are huge and feel like it; however, they give me the confidence I need to get through a good night of sleep, I feel protected, not the best for day-to-day activities, they will show through your pants. PERFECT OR BEDTIME, get te job done.
