[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pad is absorbent and long so really great for heavy flow. However, if you want to be discreet, the wrapper is really noisy so that part is t the greatest. Other pads have a mesh type of wrapper, which would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads were very thick but super absorbent. I’m not used to having them as thick so it did take some getting used to. They do not stick and slip and slide all over if your undergarments are any hit of loose. I have to wear them with tighter fitting undies to make sure it doesn’t shift.

They stayed put and I had no leaks which is amazing. I have definitely found my new favorite for heavy days and overnight.

As someone who has PCOS which for me causes heavy painful periods. If I am going to get through any day I need something that is long and heavy and this is what I need and use. If you are like me and also have heavy periods look into these. I cannot go a month without these.

I do definitely appreciate that these are unscented, because I already do not want people knowing that I am having my monthly or wearing an overnight pad. These pads fit comfortably and the wings definitely help keep them in place even overnight. I definitely recommend these to help out with heavy flow days.

I have relied on these pads for 10 years now. They are super absorbent and long lasting, I love how I can go to bed and know I’m covered until morning. I have always had heavy periods and I’ve tried off brand overnight pads but nothing compared to these. I’ve only ever had leakage with these a few things but during heavy heavy heavy periods I’ll use a green maxi pad and a purple overnight pad. Always makes the best pads I’ve ever used!!

I wish the packaging were more clear because I didn't realize I was getting a product that is larger than my underwear! That being said, I understand how this might be a product some people would like, but for me it's kinda useless. Despite being so large, the blood just ends up pooling on top and sometimes rolling off. I don't feel ANY security when using these- constantly worried about accidents.
