I have used these since middle school as I have always had heavy periods. I refuse to try any other brand of overnights and pads in general to the point I have bought these specific pads in bulk. I highly recommend these! Even when I’m not sleeping I wear these and feel just as protected. They save me from a lot of anxiety over leaking and I cannot go through a period without using them!

I’ve used these pads since high school. They are great in the sense that they are the largest ones available on the market, but they’re actually not large enough. As a plus sized woman, I’m desperate to find pads that are longer, even by just a few inches. Every time I put one on, especially overnight, I have to decide weather I’m going to have to sacrifice the front or the back of whatever underwear I’m wearing because there’s certainly going to be some stain by the time I have to change. So, if you have a heavy flow, this is great. If you have a heavy flow and you’re larger, this is still your best bet, but be wary about leaking.

Because I have to be hooked to a machine for 3 and a half hours for dialysis these are the best before using these I would be worried about standing at the end of treatment afraid I was going to leak and mess up my clothes and I can also sleep at night without having to jump up thinking I've overflowed thanks I love them!!!!

I purchased this pads for the first time yesterday hoping they would solve my problem. I sleep wild! Twisting and turning and arms legs all over the place! With the pads that I used at night, they would always move around and I'd have to change my panies in the morning... I tried them out last night for the first time and woke up this morning and to have no mess in my underwear was a BIG PLUS! Only down fall is that if your a tiny person like me it feels big on you but other than that it works perfectly. I was happy with my result this morning when I woke up.I recommend this product who sleeps wildly and is a teenager who sleeps wildly too! Happy girl right here :)

Those heavy flows where it is like someone opened the flood gates, they are exhausting. These pads are great at protected from front to back, side to side. They absorb well, are flexible and aren't too thick to where it feels like you have a small mattress between your legs. If you suffer from heavy periods, have some these pads on hand and you will thank yourself later. I love that they are unscented and affordable as well!

I've been using these at night since college and honestly I'll probably be using them for the rest of my cycles. They have never let me down, no leaks or anything. And while I don't like the price for them but they are worth it as I've never found a cheaper product that works the same.

These are the thickest and most absorbent pads ever with the best leakage control from the back, the worst spot ever to see that lovely red stain in the middle of your panties... but not with this brilliant pad because it absolutely has it covered.

I first thought, Halleluia! When I saw this product on the shelves. It didn't even last 10 hours without a leak! Is there some kind of money back guarantee with this? The product does say, 10 hour leak protection. Mine didn't last six hours without a big leak.

Are these pads big and bulky? Yes. But do they work? Yes! As I entered my early-mid 20s, I found my periods started getting MUCH heavier and more intense than they had ever been before. My regular pads just no longer cut it--I was getting frequent leaks--occasionally quite embarrassing ones! Then I switched to these and found peace of mind. I can wear these on my heaviest days for a full work day or full night without changing them. I barely ever get leaks on my underwear while wearing these, and never get leaks bad enough to go through to my pants. I still switch to a thinner pad on the later days of my period, but these are a must-have during the first 2-3 heavy days.
