I wear this pad not only for overnight but throughout the day as well. I wear it to my office job and it feels wonderful There is no bunching or moving and the cover is just satiny smooth. Being a boy I really love the extra length and the wings. This overnight pad makes me feel so much like a real girl. .

I love the overnight extra heavy flow pads and use it every month, but the 2 things I see where improvement is needed is 1. the adhesive on the back can be alot better. Not nearly as good as your other pads. Pad is constantly peeling away from the panty. 2. This pad needs a leakguard strip in the middle. Other than these 2 things this is the perfect pads for girls with heavy periods. Thank You for your time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These always overnight maxi pads have changed my life. I often bleed very heavy during the first 3 days of my menstrual. At night I would have to wake up at least 2-3 times to change pads well not no more. After using these overnight pads I don’t wake up at all to change. These pads hold so much, it’s super long with the larger back that you don’t have to worry about leakage. Also there unscented so you don’t have to worry about irritation. I would highly recommend to anyone with a heavy menstrual cycle, you won’t be disappointed.

i live in england and come over to the us in december, i have very heavy flow for 2days of my period and only to find always pad, wish work out so great for me ,now i'm trying to get this product here in london but no luck. they have always pad here in enland, but not this kind, i was not happy @ all.

I loved this product BEFORE you made it in the size 5 only. There are smaller women who need this size pad for their heavy flow but since the sizes have been added they don't fit as well. They are two big for me now but I still need the heavy duty pad. Please bring back the previous pads that you offered BEFORE you put sizes on them. Maybe you could offer both and let people choose.

My flow got extremely heavy after I stopped the pill. I used to use ultrathin longs and overnights from always, And I would have to change them once an hour or I would leak through my underwear and pants its a tremendously heavy flow, these maxi fives catch the flow and are very absorbent, my only issue is that they should have another set of wings near the back because they’re so long so at night when I sleep they tend to leak out the side (by the leg holes),at the back onto my underwear. If they had a second set of wings to help seal that area and hold the pad in place and wrap around that back part of the leg holes of the underwear, To catch any leaks sneaking out that way, these would be absolutely perfect. I really do like these a lot though . They are a lifesaver. And far more comfortable than you’d think they would be!

This size pad was an answer to my prayers! My periods tend to be heavy with lots of clotting so I was looking for some plastic undies for night time sleeping but then these came along. I actually use them as my main pad day & night because they provide the best protection, leaving me almost worry free of leaking. I was afraid the product wouldn't last if not enough people purchased them but I'm glad to see they are still on the shelf.

I went to see my dr and we know what the problem is and are trying to solve it, but meanwhile I was miserable. Now I can get some sleep. Awesome.

I just recently got your product and its sub-par. What I do like about your pad is the length and extra back cover. Whats really disappointing is the adhesive. When I saw that it have wings, I thought great provides extra security to stay in place. Unfortunately, it is not sticking to the underwear at all. I try it on new underwear the fabric is polyester and nope the wings don't even manage to stay. It scrunches up and have no problem sticking to itself. I am extremely careful how I put it on my underwear because I want to make sure it covers the area I need to. Still no luck. This really left a bad impression on me, which sucks because I really do like the length. How can a company promise security when the pad doesn't stay when I apply it. And the first thing it does is fold when I pull my underwear up. When I am wearing a great pad, I shouldn't have to worry about security period.

Like HoneyBee from NY, I find myself having to use 2 of these during the first few nights of my period. It's nice to know I'm not the only one! I love this product because it's such a comfort knowing that I can go to sleep and let myself rest, without having to worry about spillage. I would like to find more ways to order the product online, to avoid feeling so self conscious when I have to purchase the large item in person over the counter.
