I'm so glad "Always" made these super absorbent maxi pads. I can rely on these for those extremely heavy "flooding" days, during my commute to and from work. It might be too big for some which is what I thought at first, but it helps Not to wear a too-tight fitting panty because it will make the pad scrunch. Wearing this pad with a regular fitting panty is best, depending on one's size.

I love-love-love these pads! Because I'm at perimenopause, I tend to get "dry," and tampons aren't as comfortable as they used to be. There is also not really a way of predicting how heavy or how light my flow is going to be. I decided to give Always pads a try. I am more than protected when I wear them, and am very pleased with them. (The only thing that I would change if I could is to make the front of the pad as wide as the back of the pad. I actually wear them with the back of the pad up front, and that protects me better.) I recommend that all perimenopausal women try these!

I have got to say alot of pads I have used in the past tend to have leakage over night but these didn't! I am so glad they are really what they say they are... Of course they are a little pricey but it saves me the extra time of washing my sheets so I'm not complaining. I also like the different sizes and if your someone who moves around alot in bed like me I recommened getting a size 5.

Less than six months ago, I discovered that I am suffering from a small fibroid. Well long story short,,,,,I've always had extremely heavy periods even as a ten year old girl up to my 36 year old self, but now the flow is even heavier with my medical condition. I have faith in, had faith in and is slowly loosing more faith in my reliable Always Extra Heavy Overnight Maxipads with wings. Did the formula change? They are thinner and not as absorbant as they were a few months ago. Until I have my surgery, I must depend on Always. But how do I continue to depend on Always when "Always" is letting me down. Please give us back that super protection or even help us that suffer from this rollercoaster draining the life out of us mentally, physically, and financially becuse heavy flow tends to use two pads at one time ALLLLLLL DAY. Please help, bring your good pads back. :(

I have an extremely heavy flow! My period laughs at all pads. I finally found a product with full coverage that can help me to sleep comfortably without messing up my sheets! I was sleeping with a towel and running to the restroom in the middle of the night cause my period was so heavy. This pad is the answer to my nighttime heavy flow problems! These are wonderful! These are one of my favorite pad brands ever! They are so light and comfortable you barely feel like you are wearing it. The box is so pretty and then when you open it it has cute designs on the pads and you can smell that they are scented which i love!

I just recently got your product and its sub-par. What I do like about your pad is the length and extra back cover. Whats really disappointing is the adhesive. When I saw that it have wings, I thought great provides extra security to stay in place. Unfortunately, it is not sticking to the underwear at all. I try it on new underwear the fabric is polyester and nope the wings don't even manage to stay. It scrunches up and have no problem sticking to itself. I am extremely careful how I put it on my underwear because I want to make sure it covers the area I need to. Still no luck. This really left a bad impression on me, which sucks because I really do like the length. How can a company promise security when the pad doesn't stay when I apply it. And the first thing it does is fold when I pull my underwear up. When I am wearing a great pad, I shouldn't have to worry about security period.

I am a middle age,heavy set woman and have essure as a birth control method. My menstrual flow became heavier and I was having to wear two of the always long pads at one time for complete protection. This product has given me complete protection from front to back. For a woman my size it is very comfortable, flexible, and keep me dry. Thanks.
