I want to thank you so much for making the size 5 product a product that I can trust and rely on whether for heavy times or just times I want to be sure I'm protected. Also, I want to thank you for making this a product that I am able to use for not just that time of the month but also times when I have a bad cough and need protection from accidents. It's amazing how much the pad can hold. I am so happy that I have this product to rely on. You also gave it a extra bonus by making the wrapping purple, My favorite color. Lol

I have never done a review for a pad before, but I cannot say enough good things about this pad!! After suffering with a suddenly heavy flow that worsens around 2am, and soaking through a super plus tampon and Always Overnight Maxi, I picked up a package of these and I have slept comfortably ever since! No more getting up 3 times a night to change a super plus tampon and overnight pad. I feel so protected, have had no leaks, and they stay where they are supposed to. I tend to leak at the front and they gave me lots of coverage at the front, while keeping my back end nicely covered too. I can sleep in any position I want, without having to worry about leaking everywhere. Yes they are bulky, but I find that reassuring knowing I am covered. I used to stick to Always overnights maxi or Overnights Infinity and I will not go back for the heaviest nights during my cycle. My flow suddenly increased overnight, and the pad held everything. Usually I would be awoken when that happens, but I did not even realize until I got up the next time. The two sets of wings are a lifesaver. I usually have to make a run for the bathroom when I get up to avoid leaks, but I had no such worries, the pad absorbed everything right away. Even my hubby is pleased! I can sleep better, and I am not getting up a million times to see if I am leaking everywhere. I used to be a tampons all the time girl, but you have converted me Always! I picked up the Always Maximum Protection Maxis and Ultra Thins too, and while I would normally never leave the house wearing a pad, I feel so confident in their protection that I spent my whole day running errands using them!

Less than six months ago, I discovered that I am suffering from a small fibroid. Well long story short,,,,,I've always had extremely heavy periods even as a ten year old girl up to my 36 year old self, but now the flow is even heavier with my medical condition. I have faith in, had faith in and is slowly loosing more faith in my reliable Always Extra Heavy Overnight Maxipads with wings. Did the formula change? They are thinner and not as absorbant as they were a few months ago. Until I have my surgery, I must depend on Always. But how do I continue to depend on Always when "Always" is letting me down. Please give us back that super protection or even help us that suffer from this rollercoaster draining the life out of us mentally, physically, and financially becuse heavy flow tends to use two pads at one time ALLLLLLL DAY. Please help, bring your good pads back. :(

I have had a very heavy flow although I didn't realize until recently. I thought accidents were normal. They're not. I always use Always infinity pads and prior to that ultra thin with wings. But since I found these I'm thinking of switching back to maxis because my flow is really heavy day and night. This pad covers all the areas I have trouble with. When I would get up in the morning I would have a gush of blood and it would ruin my underwear and pajamas. Now that is a thing of the past. Love the protection.

These pads are huge and definitely cover your rear end, and your front. I use them overnight, but sometimes they will leak. It seems like they can't absorb as quickly as I'm needing them too, so it causes leaking. I do not have that issue if sitting or walking, only laying down.

I used to use the orange-wrapper overnight pads, but I would constantly miss the pad and get my underwear, leaving me with stains. These pads solved that problem for me. They are able to cover every part of my underwear well and I don't have to worry about any sort of accident or leakage if I shift my position in my sleep too much.

As someone who has PCOS which for me causes heavy painful periods. If I am going to get through any day I need something that is long and heavy and this is what I need and use. If you are like me and also have heavy periods look into these. I cannot go a month without these. 

They removed a bit of the absorbent material and the wings right where, if you are a side sleeper, you will leak all over everything! It's hard to explain in text, but I miss the design of the older pad with the super long wings. I guess I just have to only sleep on my back. FYI, due to the new design, even with medium flow, the pad leaks after 6 hours of sleep. Not 10.
