[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not uncomfortable to wear. The sticky backing kept the pad in place. The pad was not extremely bulky and actually worked for my husband recovering from prostate cancer and the leaking due to surgery. Unscented made it easy for him to use.

I will admit that Always isn't my go-to and that I normally buy Equate, but that's only because of the price and not the quality. Always brand has always had wonderful quality and I've used them many, many times. I purchase these for nighttime use while I'm sleeping and 9/10 they cover completely; they rarely shift during the night.

I got recommended to this pad because my flow is UNBEARABLE. This holds my flow and I have NEVER had a leak since. Only problem is that it's not comfortable AT ALL. It feels like a over sized diaper. But honestly, if it's between that and my nice bed and shorts looking like the Japan flag, I pick this.

These pads are amazing. Not only are they the best overnight bad I've ever used, they really helped me out when I was literally dying from Covid. I wore them because I'd have coughing fits and sometimes a little bit of urine would happen. Embarrassing but it saved me long enough to make my way to the bathroom/shower. I'm very grateful for this product. The price is fair.

Like HoneyBee from NY, I find myself having to use 2 of these during the first few nights of my period. It's nice to know I'm not the only one! I love this product because it's such a comfort knowing that I can go to sleep and let myself rest, without having to worry about spillage. I would like to find more ways to order the product online, to avoid feeling so self conscious when I have to purchase the large item in person over the counter.

I'm so glad "Always" made these super absorbent maxi pads. I can rely on these for those extremely heavy "flooding" days, during my commute to and from work. It might be too big for some which is what I thought at first, but it helps Not to wear a too-tight fitting panty because it will make the pad scrunch. Wearing this pad with a regular fitting panty is best, depending on one's size.

these pads provide a decent amount of protection! i'm a heavy bleeder so i still have to change it in the middle of the night, but overall the protection is great if you have a medium flow. however, i move around a lot in my sleep which causes the pad to shift around in my panties, sometimes causing leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pad is absorbent and long so really great for heavy flow. However, if you want to be discreet, the wrapper is really noisy so that part is t the greatest. Other pads have a mesh type of wrapper, which would be better.

This is, hands down the most protective, absorbent pad ever created. I have a very heavy flow and prior to discovering these, it was typical for me to ruin 2-3 pairs of underwear every month, which is now a thing of the past. They keep you drier, stay put and due to their length; help protect your underwear and pants which offers much peace of mind when the last thing you want to be thinking about is "Will my pad hold?" Even though they're listed as "Overnight" I use them during the night and day for the first 4 days of my period. I'm so glad Always started making these. If you have a very heavy flow, have to change your pads often, these are the answer. Buy the thicker version of the Overnight extra heavy instead of the ultra thin, they're a much more reliable safeguard against leaks and don't shift and bunch up. Perfection!
