I've been wearing these since my period changed drastically when I was 15 and they are the best. As a student, there is a lot of sitting, commuting to school is another issue and just being out and I would always panic about leaking because numerous times it happened before I found these pads. Its a struggle to find them and I'm studying abroad soon so I will definitely be packing 2-3 packs of these with me.

I just wanted to say that I have been using Always products for a number of years now and I do not use any other brand. I just wanted to say thank you for the invention of the Maximum Overnight Protection that I only found on the supermarket shelf yesterday. I am a chronic heavy bleeder and for the first time in the last five years I was able to have a good nights sleep or not afraid to go to work without being embarrased. It provides ample coverage and I would encourage others who may have a similar problem to try this product. It really does work. Thank you so much.

As I mentioned previously, I use this pad during the day as well, especially during high flow times. I work in an office enviroment and wear fitted suits, dresses, skirts and blouses, body con clothes all requiring shapewear (high waist long leg panty girdle and longline bra) to give me the smooth finished look i like and need. During that time of the month, these size 5x overnight maxi pads, afford me the protection i need to keep my underwear and shape wear clean and "accident" free yet remain reasonably comfortable even worn under a high waist long leg panty girdle and stockings. The next time, try them, you will be pleasantly surprised how good you will look and feel. Later in my cycle, i'll switch to the Infinity size 5 FLEX foam pads for complete protection. They are in a word....WONDERFUL. i just wish the adhesive used was stronger for more security when using with nylon panties or attaching directly to my girdle when using them as a liner.

I've leaked through the size 5 overnights in as little as a half an hour on my heaviest days. It's a shame Always doesn't still offer the old thicker versions of their pads. My problem with leaking through sanitary napkins didn't start until manufactures switched to thinner materials with supposed "ultra absorbent cores." If you ask me I think they just add blue dye to the material of their pads and the real reason the switched materials was to cut down on costs. Now it seems I'm doomed to have to carry around a change of clothes and a towel to lay down atop anything I sit on for 3 days out of every month. I miss the security and freedom of thick diaper like protection.

It’s all I use for years now. It use to be longer though. I’m 5’6 150lbs and a size 6-8. It use to cover front and back without a problem. Now I leak sometimes on my underwear tags. If i would prefer a larger length I’m certain women who are wider than me would want the same as well. I now have to sleep on my side because it’s not long enough to confidently cover front and back as it use to. I slept however I wanted. It was amazing to sleep with such a carefree freedom. They were perfect!!!! I really wished they bring the larger length back.

I used these majorly after having my baby boy five months ago. I felt they supported me well through it. However aside from heavy moments, I feel like the wings don't really hold the pad in place too much. They are reliable pads, but it was super annoying having to fix it all the time. At least I was able to sleep peaceful without having to worry about leaks.

I called last Fall and gave a suggestion and here it is, that you give us a super large pad for those very heavy couple of nights when it takes (2) two pads to do the job. Now here comes your purple Overnight Extra Heavy! I had a great nights rest thanks to you!

I love these pads to not only wear overnight but during the day time too. I personally dislike tampons they bother me so pads have always been my go too. This pad seeps in all the blood however if you are a heavy bleeder the first few days you have to change your pad every few hours or hour in order to not leak. But other than that they are really helpful and comfortable
