I definitely recommend these overnight maxi pads. I wear them all times of the day because I have a heavy flow. They have never failed me no accidents at all. I feel comfortable enough to wear my everyday cute girly outfits. With most pads us women are always checking. These pads eliminate the worry element.

I have used these since middle school as I have always had heavy periods. I refuse to try any other brand of overnights and pads in general to the point I have bought these specific pads in bulk. I highly recommend these! Even when I’m not sleeping I wear these and feel just as protected. They save me from a lot of anxiety over leaking and I cannot go through a period without using them!

I am on a limited budget, and I have gotten older so things have changed. I have dreamt of a perfect liner, and was so excited when I opened the package. It covers everything I need, and I can feel comfortable going out again! This is the best of many I have tried.

OMG. Why hasn't Always made this product sooner? I just got these last month and am more thrilled than pleased that I found what I was searching for, all these years. I always used to join 2 or sometimes 3 pads since none of them were long enough. I am not a tall or heavy built woman, but I have heavy flows. This product works very well for heavy flows. I'm someone that always has a heavy flow and have to use these as regular pads all day when on my period. These are pretty long which helps me avoid staining myself and my pants. These will always be the kind I will buy and have been for years.

I love these pads I've had a super heavy flow since I had my daughter 7 years ago I was always worried I was going to leak until I found these ones. I've only ever used always products since they are the brand my mom used the only problems I've had is they can get really expensive and not all stores carry these ones at all times I wear them night and day so I go through about 2 packs each period since sometimes I have mine for 2 weeks or more.

Those heavy flows where it is like someone opened the flood gates, they are exhausting. These pads are great at protected from front to back, side to side. They absorb well, are flexible and aren't too thick to where it feels like you have a small mattress between your legs. If you suffer from heavy periods, have some these pads on hand and you will thank yourself later. I love that they are unscented and affordable as well!

I finally have a pad that is long enough to protect me when I sleep. During my last cycle I had to change the sheets because when I rolled over onto my belly in my sleep everything shifted and made a big mess. Last night would have been one of them nights again, but thanks to this super long pad, I woke up with clean panties and sheets!

This is the only pad on the market that will handle my extremely heavy flow. In 10 minutes I can overfill all other pads! Since I have to wear these during the day, due to such a heavy flow, I find that they are bulky. It is a nice long pad and is definitely great for overnight. I just wish I could find them on more stores shelves
