[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads definitely do their job of holding everything in and making sure nothing leaks out. It is a big pad, obviously. Perfect for the night time while you toss and turn. I will continue to always use ALWAYS, overall very dependable brand when it comes to feminine sanitary pads.

I will actually wear these during the day, too, when my period is particularly heavy. They have great coverage and protection, but I do find it chafes my bum a bit when wearing all day. Also, it is a downside that these are thick and bulky, but the new lightweight ones don't seem to have as good as coverage and I will still have issues.

These are the only pads I will ever use for nighttime. They are so comfortable and I don't have to worry about leakage in the middle of the night. I love this product! You get alot of them for a great price, small package or big, whichever you may need!

This pad has many great qualities that provides a piece of mind and comfort on my nights of heavy flows. I have a 7 day period with 3 days of heavy flow, so I always need an overnight pad to wear to prevent accidents from happening, and I love that the wings allow the pad to stay in place and the extra longness of the pad keeps in firm and in place. It doesn't bunch up when I move around or toss and turn, plus the pad expands a bit in the back to catch any flow that may occur while sleeping on my back. The grooves allow an extra wall of protection, and the absorbency is so great, that I feel dry in the mornings. I usually wear tampons with overnight pads on my heavy nights, but these pads add extra protection that I feel comfortable enough to allow flow and not worry about having any accidents. The overnight pads are fantastic and I could go on and on how great there are, so I highly recommend them.

I experienced no irritation from these unscented pads. They were slightly thicker than what I have used in the past, but I still appreciated the protection they provided. I did not worry about leaking all night. I would use them again.

I will admit that Always isn't my go-to and that I normally buy Equate, but that's only because of the price and not the quality. Always brand has always had wonderful quality and I've used them many, many times. I purchase these for nighttime use while I'm sleeping and 9/10 they cover completely; they rarely shift during the night.

Also, I want to thank you for making this a product that I am able to use for not just that time of the month but also times when I have a bad cough and need protection from accidents. I purchased these Always overnight pads yesterday as I just started my monthly cycle. In the beginning, it seems to bleed heavier. I used it last night and it absorbed really well. I didn't have any stains on my panties either, which can be a problem with a thinner less absorbent pad. I will definitely repurchase these pads- and highly recommend them!

My flow used to be very light, nothing that I ever had to worry about. However, every woman knows that your body changes. I won't go into any details by we all have been there. So I realized for me to stay discreet, I was going to need a heavy flow, extra long pad. This is the only one I trust with my body.
