These pads are huge and definitely cover your rear end, and your front. I use them overnight, but sometimes they will leak. It seems like they can't absorb as quickly as I'm needing them too, so it causes leaking. I do not have that issue if sitting or walking, only laying down.

I have been using Always pads for years and here are my Pros and Cons ....PROs they are very long and absorb very well. I also enjoy the comfort of them paired with the right supportive underwear. CON ..I really wish the wings on the back of the pad were longer. They tend to bunch up during the day and never stick completely around my panty edges. This causes leakage on my underwear sometimes too.

Your product has been an essential part of my life, particularly due to my very heavy menstrual flow. With the exception of my pregnancies, I have relied on Always every month, for a week, without issue—until recently. Last month, while on vacation, I purchased a package of Always Maxi Pads Size 5 from a local retailer. After a week of using them, I developed a very painful and blistering rash that lasted approximately two weeks. Initially, I did not associate the reaction with the pads. However, after healing and returning to use the product again this month, I am unfortunately experiencing the same symptoms—painful rash and blistering in very sensitive areas. It truly feels like a chemical burn. I am unable to view the list of ingredients, as it will not open on my computer from your site, so I am convinced there may have been some changes since I have never experienced such excruciating pain from the use of this product over the years :(

This package I have is unscented, but they do come in a soft scented packaging as well. I have gotten the ultimate protection using this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not uncomfortable to wear. The sticky backing kept the pad in place. The pad was not extremely bulky and actually worked for my husband recovering from prostate cancer and the leaking due to surgery. Unscented made it easy for him to use.

When i hit the age of 18 im 19 nowi noticed i had a heavier flow and i couldn't find the right pad for me until i found the ultimate protection i use these during the day as well when i have a long day and i feel like i might "see red" but these pads make me feel more secure when it comes to protection.

I have been looking for this pad all last month and my period is again upon me and I dread looking again. I live in NYC. What is going on with inventory???? I love this pad. I have heavy flows and am plus sized so it was perfect. Please go back to original version and improve your distribution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pad is absorbent and long so really great for heavy flow. However, if you want to be discreet, the wrapper is really noisy so that part is t the greatest. Other pads have a mesh type of wrapper, which would be better.
