I've been wearing these since my period changed drastically when I was 15 and they are the best. As a student, there is a lot of sitting, commuting to school is another issue and just being out and I would always panic about leaking because numerous times it happened before I found these pads. Its a struggle to find them and I'm studying abroad soon so I will definitely be packing 2-3 packs of these with me.

I purchased these Always overnight pads yesterday as I just started my monthly cycle. In the beginning, it seems to bleed heavier. I used it last night and it absorbed really well. I didn’t have any stains on my panties either, which can be a problem with a thinner less absorbent pad. I will definitely repurchase these pads- and highly recommend them!

I tend to bleed heavily and I am always looking for something whelp with that. Sometimes I have leakage during the night and have to change everything. Usually this is due to my pads being too thin or too short. With the Always maxi I no longer have this issue. The pad is king enough to cover me from front to back. The pad is thick and absorbent so no more mess. The pads are also very comfortable so I can easily sleep all night. These are pads I will continue to buy in the future.

Somewhere in the last 6 months, they've changed something about the pads. Now it seems like it's constantly drawing the blood down the wings and around into the underwear or pants that I'm wearing. I don't know if it's a new moisture Wick or a new dry weave material, but it's literally drawing the blood into my clothing by it following the wings

I used these when it’s that time of the month I have a very heavy flow! I’ve never had a Leakage when using them! I feel as they a very affordable! Definitely would love to try the cotton ones! Definitely recommend if you have a heavy flow like myself!

This product has been a savior to me. For a girl who bleeds a lot doing period, this is the best pad to use at night without getting up every 3 to 4 hours to change it. It is the best pad to me and I use it doing day if I will be out the house for a while.

I'm constantly changing these, changing my sheets, etc.!!! The design is bad. You end up with more flow at the top of the pad, nothing on the back. You end up w/ a 1/4 pad used up and have to change and waste it. You're throwing away almost a clean pad minus the front area.

They do not stick and slip and slide all over if your undergarments are any hit of loose. I have to wear them with tighter fitting undies to make sure it doesn’t shift.

I am still at that age where sanitary pads or underwear is needed every month. So receiving this and not needing to buy anymore is just so important and good since it saves me money and I just love that everything works so good for me. Never got rashes or not good fitting. Lately my period has been EXTREMELY heavy, and especially at night. The heaviest pad I had only could hold my period for 2 hours! So, I went to the Always website and looked at the heaviest flow pad they had. Suprisingly, these were very easy to find! Even though these are very very big, I am able to spend the whole night in these and not have any leaks, or be worried about leaking. You certainly can feel them, but they aren't itchy or uncomfortable. Another great bonus is that they DON'T BUNCH! That is fantastic because most pads always bunch and it really annoys me. I also really like how this pad has a decent amound of adhesive- something that many pads lack Something I like that isn't related to the product at all is the color of the packaging- I love the purple! :)
