My period can be extremely heavy. I get a gush of blood every morning when I first stand up out of bed, and I used to wake up in the morning and try to walk to the bathroom with my legs squeezed together to hold that gush in and avoid ruining the carpet. I'm serious, if I didn't succeed, it was like I had peed myself but with blood. There was also one day at work (clothing retail) that I had to buy TWO new pairs of pants, as well as panties, because I soaked through twice. After that I started just bringing extra pants to work. I found these a little more than a year ago and haven't had a problem since. The extra length and the width in the back, combined with the incredible absorbency, can take anything my uterus throws at them. I have my period right now, and I have white sheets on my bed, and I am a very floppy sleeper, but my sheets are unblemished this morning.

I purchased this pads for the first time yesterday hoping they would solve my problem. I sleep wild! Twisting and turning and arms legs all over the place! With the pads that I used at night, they would always move around and I'd have to change my panies in the morning... I tried them out last night for the first time and woke up this morning and to have no mess in my underwear was a BIG PLUS! Only down fall is that if your a tiny person like me it feels big on you but other than that it works perfectly. hi i used to love this brand the Extra Heavy Overnight Pads with Wings and i knew it would always keep me dry and not leak it was big and bulky and very long so it kept in all the leaks. but now that you redid the pad its just like all the other pads its not a Extra Heavy Overnight Pad anymore it feels like a regular its way too thin it don't hold in what its supposed to its too much too the back when i want some protection in the front also. i miss your old version i think you should of just kept the older version and made this one on the side and not complete take away the way it was. today i went to use one of these new ones i thought they were the older ones cause i know the ones i use are the Dark purple colored so i put it on and went to bed and woke up with leaks ..so i went back and put on a new one while putting it on i read the label and it said new and improved on it and i read the whole pack and said " Hmm i must of bought the wrong one i guess they changed the color or something" so later on that day i went get a new pack hoping that i just brought the wrong one but no they were all like the one i had gotten so now i think i have to find another pad too use cause i tried all those others that guys make and they don't work for me so thank you for time we had but now i has to go find another one

I tend to bleed heavily and I am always looking for something whelp with that. Sometimes I have leakage during the night and have to change everything. Usually this is due to my pads being too thin or too short. With the Always maxi I no longer have this issue. The pad is king enough to cover me from front to back. The pad is thick and absorbent so no more mess. The pads are also very comfortable so I can easily sleep all night. These are pads I will continue to buy in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Maxi Size 5 Flexi -Wings does hold up. I honestly have mixed feelings but I will say it does hold up pretty well. I am not a big fan of flexi wings but theses pads actually have grown on me and I am starting to like them. These pads are #5 and I feel they can do more better as in being the last big overnight protection, but will say it holds up for me for a while but I still have to change more often than I want. Could be because of the inside material is different than im use to or simply I feel like nasty stuff is still stuck on me. My daughters like them and I think they are good. I would get more if needed but don't think they make it to my number 1 yet. No leaks and does hold up but Rapid dry I think can do better. Again maybe im not use to it.

I also use these during the day as well as the night. I'm a student, and I don't want to have to run to the bathroom every fifteen minutes. This is the only pad I've found that actually absorbs enough to last me at least two classes. They are a bit thick, and hard to store, but totally worth it. Most pads are too thin for me, and I like this pad because I can use it during gym, class, lunch, or lounging around. I recommend it to any girl just starting, anyone with a heavy flow, or anyone who doesn't want to take a risk. These pads are so absorbent that I only need less than one package during my entire period. They are GREAT for the heavy days, and I usually go to regulars and pantiliners on the lightest days. I LOVE U ALWAYS!!!!!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you thank you. I can finally go to bed at night and not worry about the sheets and the mattress. I had been wearing extra longs and doubling them, and it was not enough. I went to see my dr and we know what the problem is and are trying to solve it, but meanwhile I was miserable. Now I can get some sleep. Awesome.

It makes my period so much easier to be able to pick different sizes for my different needs during that time of the month.

I used to use the orange-wrapper overnight pads, but I would constantly miss the pad and get my underwear, leaving me with stains. These pads solved that problem for me.
