[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These always overnight maxi pads have changed my life. I often bleed very heavy during the first 3 days of my menstrual. At night I would have to wake up at least 2-3 times to change pads well not no more. After using these overnight pads I don’t wake up at all to change. These pads hold so much, it’s super long with the larger back that you don’t have to worry about leakage. Also there unscented so you don’t have to worry about irritation. I would highly recommend to anyone with a heavy menstrual cycle, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s all I use for years now. It use to be longer though. I’m 5’6 150lbs and a size 6-8. It use to cover front and back without a problem. Now I leak sometimes on my underwear tags. If i would prefer a larger length I’m certain women who are wider than me would want the same as well. I now have to sleep on my side because it’s not long enough to confidently cover front and back as it use to. I slept however I wanted. It was amazing to sleep with such a carefree freedom. They were perfect!!!! I really wished they bring the larger length back.

You have given us coverage but not enough absorbancy. The thickest spot is the oval portion at the thinest end .. this thickened oval area should extend the whole length of the pad. At night it pools at the widest end and spreads out to the bedding. Please make the pad thicker all the way length and width wise. Thx

Even though it says overnight, I use this everyday during my period. I use like 4/day. I don't have to worry about possible stains on my behind of front. It takes care of my anxiety and heavy flow. If you're thin,I don't recommend it using during the day, unless you are wearing baggy pants or else it'll feel very diaper-ish.

this product his rubbish if u have a heavy bleed, i have to use these day and nite, have to use 3 at a time one up front 2 going up bk, cos the lock away seal does not lock it away, runs down legs, up belly, and when i look at underwear there more bloody on pants, nearly covered, when sitting down it goes up bk not locked away like it says

I have had my period everyday for the last 4 years straight. It is not easing up anytime soon. I body produces an over amount of Estrogen, which make my period come everyday. I use these pads and they help SO much. It even makes me clot a lot. These pads collect everything even when I have what I call Explosions (where I lose so much blood I get light headed). I also am anemic do to this, I would never make it through without these pads!!!! Thank you so much Always Overnight!

I’ve used these pads in this size for close to 20 years. I’m definitely not a thin pad or tampon girl. These are the kind of pads that make me feel secure and completely covered for the duration of my period. If you need to feel secure and safely covered during your period or have a particularly heavy period, these would be the pads to choose.

I agree with alot of the folks on here. This is the best pad ever. No worries of sleeping on your back at night. I wish there were more in a package because I can go through 1 package in 1 cycle but I will go and buy another pack with no problem. I recommend this to every woman who has cycles especially heavy flowers. I feel better wearing these in the daytime too because while i'm out and about I am confident that there won't be any accidents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Size 5 Overnight maxi pads to be a great product to wear on my heaviest flow night. It gives me the confidence to sleep soundly without worrying I will leak. Being a maxi pad, and a very long one at that, it is quite bulky but I don't feel as though it interferes with my comfort for sleeping. I have not experienced any irritation while using this product, which is a benefit for me since I have sensitive skin.
