I dress everyday for an office environment and wear suits, dresses, skirts, and sometimes slacks. During at time of the month, I want and need superior protection and absorbency. Becsuse of my outfits, i need shapewear to give me appearance of togetherness. Using the size 5 maxi overnight pad and panties under my shapewear gives me the feeling and protection I like.....no leakage or staining yet comfortable (relatively) even during a high flow.

I have often woken up to stained clothes and sheets even when I've put a super tampon in right before bed. Recently I've been trying to move away from tampons at bedtime and this product is allowing me to do so. Its comfortable enough that I dont notice it after a few minutes and the wing design keeps it place. It's also absorbent enough that I dont feel anything (an issue I've had with past pads) and can sleep the whole night without an accident

Well after having my second baby i decided to get an IUD (paragard) which is said to make your cycles heavier. So in preparation for my first cycle post baby I purchased the always infinity overnight because before I had the baby I used the super always infinity and loved them. Well my cycle came and to say that it was heavy would be an understatement! I was leaking through the always infinity overnight within an hour! Having accidents and everything and I was so upset about it...but then I went to the store and saw these. Right then and there I decided that I didn't care if it felt like I had a diaper on, I wanted to be protected from aunt flo's messes lol! This product made it so much easier for me and didn't feel like a diaper at all and didn't have not one leak. These sanitary napkins make me feel like I'm in control of my body again and I love it! I will definitely be stocking up on these when I go to the store...thanks always!

I only just discovered this option last month, and I am so glad I did. I always have to put the green and orange pads on backwards because of flow issues--but with this, even though some of the pad is (as a previous reviewer put it) "wasted", I can put it on like a normal pad. I LOVE this thing. I can wear it and not worry at ALL about any leaking into my pants in the front OR in the back.

Only sanitary give me one hundred percent protection through the night, the only product that never let me down, that never leaked and stained my favorite nightwear and bedding. would recommend these sanitary napkins every menstruating girl is inspired by the women completed, full protection like in the bank, despite the size of the high level of comfort is virtually imperceptible

I've been needing a pad like this my whole life. I am now in menopause, but still very glad to have them now. I am a plus size woman and I have always had issues with the length of pads, never long enough, especially for overnight. This #5 series of pads is just AWESOME! Kudos to the Always brand for giving us what we need. You have always been my first choice and now more than ever!! Thank you!!

I used these for years for heavier periods over night. The wings and longer size pad really helps to contain the flow during the night. If you move around a lot like me, your will still have some leakage, but overall these are great for overnight. If I happen to be on a long flight or car ride, this is what I will wear as well. I get severe motion sickness and sleep through the flight. I have slept sometimes for 14 hours straight on a plane and this allows me to have that horrible monthly cycle without having to worry about leaking on a long flight.

I do definitely appreciate that these are unscented, because I already do not want people knowing that I am having my monthly or wearing an overnight pad. These pads fit comfortably and the wings definitely help keep them in place even overnight. I definitely recommend these to help out with heavy flow days.
