I will never go back to the regular size pads. Before I got these, leaking has always been a problem. I would wake up several times in midnight to check for leaking. If I went out, I would be constantly worried about leaking and staining. But these babies made my life soooo easy.

I bought this as it was long and for heavy flows. I wore it at night to help me with the heavy days (1 or 2 days). In the middle of the night, I felt a rush and it felt like it was running down the pad. Yes it was long but I had to quickly stand up to avoid it from going all the way down and out of the pad. I wish it is as absorbent as the infinity pads (hmm maybe we would not need a super long pad if it absorbs quickly. Decided to not use this pad.

I'm not giving 5 stars because altho I made the mistake and bought the thick (yuck) pads instead of thin - I'm warning others to check order SEVERAL times before completing purchase. I'm really careful about it, because labeling is nearly identical, but I missed it this time. Always brand should make thick and thin pads packaging more distinct. I know I'm speaking for a lot of women here. 12

I have been looking for this pad all last month and my period is again upon me and I dread looking again. I live in NYC. What is going on with inventory???? I love this pad. I have heavy flows and am plus sized so it was perfect. Please go back to original version and improve your distribution.

I've been using these pads every month for the past few years. They are the longest pad and work well for a plus size girl. The only issue I have is that they don't absorb very well from the middle to the back. I tend to have issues with the blood not being absorbed and then it will flow all the way to the back and miss the pad completely. This results in a lot of accidents or me using toilet paper as a stopper. Not convenient. I think if the absorbing issue can be fixed, they would deserve 5 stars across the board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled trying to find the right pad for my flow as well as my body type. These pads work amazing because they are extra long and they hold a great amount while I sleep so I can sleep comfortably knowing I am protected. The quality is always great and the durability is exactly what I need. I very highly recommend these.

I'd prefer if the pads were more soft and like 1-2 cm shorter. They only feel comfy when you sit down because you don't feel how long they are. The absorbency is exellent, So I guess I'd give the pads a 4 out of 10 if I could because having an uncomfy pad on your stressful period is the last thing you'd want.

You have given us coverage but not enough absorbancy. The thickest spot is the oval portion at the thinest end .. this thickened oval area should extend the whole length of the pad. At night it pools at the widest end and spreads out to the bedding. Please make the pad thicker all the way length and width wise. Thx

Since having a tubal done, my periods have been heavier and more frequent. I was literally using bladder leakage pads in order to have enough coverage during both night time and day time usage, but especially at night. I found these a few months ago, and ever since, I've not needed any other pads. These pads not only have amazing coverage, but they also are just thick enough for me to not have to worry about leaks, but not so thick that I'm walking funny, during daytime usage. I don't even waste my money buying anything else now. Thanks Always!

I called last Fall and gave a suggestion and here it is, that you give us a super large pad for those very heavy couple of nights when it takes (2) two pads to do the job. Now here comes your purple Overnight Extra Heavy! I had a great nights rest thanks to you!
