This is the only one I buy. I feel so safe with this one in particular. I just can't trust any other.

I love these pads they cover your underwear so there isn't a oops moment if you know what I mean ,I use them day and night very thin ,no leaks and very good at night too and they don't cost alot either

I have endometriosis which means when it flares I have heavy periods. These are the only pads that keep me dry and comfortable all night long on those nights. They are long and they are thick but they get the job done right

These are for HEAVY periods I normally only need these for the first 2 nights but these things don't joke around they are big and make me feel like I'm wearing a diaper but they definitely work

When you have a heavy flow, you want something to protect your clothes at night but also doesn't get bunched up in your underwear. With the overnight you know you will have less worry and therefore better sleep.

I have used these for years and will continue to repurchase. If you have a heavy flow these are a must buy for overnight. The size is very large which helps prevents leaks. They absorb quickly but still hold a lot of blood. This is the best overnight pad in my opinion.

I agree with alot of the folks on here. This is the best pad ever. No worries of sleeping on your back at night. I wish there were more in a package because I can go through 1 package in 1 cycle but I will go and buy another pack with no problem. I recommend this to every woman who has cycles especially heavy flowers. I feel better wearing these in the daytime too because while i'm out and about I am confident that there won't be any accidents!

This used to be one of my favorite pads because of the great length and security of the pad. The overnight size 5 pads covers your underwear from front to back giving great security. Also has wings to hold it in place ! && also is thick enough for absorption if you're a heady bleeder ! Unfortunately the ingredients & chemicals in this product has changed tremendously. They have become very irritable & bulky so they scrub against my skin
