As somone with endometriosis and therefore very heavy periods I'm so happy to have found this product. I have to wear them day and night and they don't feel bulky. Also, no more leaks!

They're not perfect but what pad is? at least they do a pretty good job of protecting you overnight and I usually can use one during the day on the heavier days and not feel like I'm wearing a diaper

These are amazing, I have a pretty heavy cycle and these are amazing and I can always rely on these. I use these every time! Their affordable and they last me awhile

These pads are easy to use and are god for anyone that is heavy on their period. What I would improve is the price as it is expensive. Very effective as it does work and also comfortable to wear.

Clothes savers definitely a great for heavy flows at night or when ever needed these are pretty much the only ones I use and with being a big girl helps a lot they cover the back of me so I'm not leaking

These are great for overnight/heavy bleeding. They work good but the only downfall is they're super bulky. I used to love these out of all the other brands but now I use Always flexiform. Always is an awesome, reliable brand.

I'm glad I found this product. I have started to have heavy periods and was bleeding through the smaller night pads. Since it is a larger pad, I wear excercise/volleyball shorts under my jeans and it's very comfortable.

This is the only size pad that works for me. I like it, but if I move to my side while sleeping at night the pad doesn't hold much, there's some leaking.

I bought always everytime but now the material is such pathetic I have to shift to another brand....but not satisfy as before with always....the quality, material, lining structure everything was subreb....please restock the always as it was before
