I wish they made pads like these when I was younger. Although these pads are great, I do wish they were longer. Maybe I need like a size 6? Some of us ladies need a lot more protection and wearing two pads feels ridiculous but sometimes necessary.

I used to use Kotex overnight pads but i had a leaking problem. I decided to try these because they seemed thicker and all my problems were gone! I had less leakages, and i liked the fit! I will continue to buy them constantly

I'm glad I found this product. I have started to have heavy periods and was bleeding through the smaller night pads. Since it is a larger pad, I wear excercise/volleyball shorts under my jeans and it's very comfortable.

Great if you bleed heavily especially at night but I find myself using this during the day when things are just too much for the regular pads. They are more expensive than some of the brands out there but they are definitely worth it!

Made for heavy flow? Yes. Comes with wings to minimize movement? Yes. I really like these Overnight pads by Always. They do the job and they do the job well. I would recommend.

Such a great product if you're use to using pads. It really does hold so much blood. If you're a very heavy bleeder and can't find which one to wear, this is the one!

Absolutely love this pad for those heavy days through out night and even during the day. No leaks excellent full panty protection i love the way the pad flares out for the back side for that extra security

Not a fan. These are heavy and feel like an extra weight when I already feel 20 pounds heavier at that time of the month. Much rather the thin overnight and still does the job. Would not recommend these at all.

No matter how your flow is whether it's heavy or light, always has made it easy to be on your cycle. You aren't left feeling like you're wearing a diaper, it has odor protection, and it stays in place regardless of the activity level.

I love using this product when the flow is heavier and I use this product everytime of the month. I would like to improve the wings better so they stick better but easy to use
