I have heavy,heavy periods. These are the only ones that keep my from bleeding through. They fit and feel much better than the store brands. It is a must have at my house around that time.

As somone with endometriosis and therefore very heavy periods I'm so happy to have found this product. I have to wear them day and night and they don't feel bulky. Also, no more leaks!

These are great for night time. So you dont get any leakage while you are asleep and moveing around. But this product would be so much better if it absorbers faster then it does now.

These are my fav for when i have heavy flow. I mostly wear these in the night because it helps with leakage. But they do stick to your underwear and it's somewhat hard to get off.

No matter how your flow is whether it's heavy or light, always has made it easy to be on your cycle. You aren't left feeling like you're wearing a diaper, it has odor protection, and it stays in place regardless of the activity level.

This is my go to pad for all time period times. I love it so much. It is super Ling. It protects me in any position while sleeping or working out. And it specialy doesn't cause me any kind of discomfort.

I use these for the few two days of my period to prevent leaks. They're not the most comfortable as they're so thick, however, they are effective at preventing leaks.

This is the only size pad that works for me. I like it, but if I move to my side while sleeping at night the pad doesn't hold much, there's some leaking.

I have used these for years, but the newest pack doesn't even absorb. The liquid stays on the top of the pad and makes an absolute mess. I don't know what changes you made to them, but they are terrible.

Best pads for my heavy flow days. These are my go to brand and size. I usually don't buy any others. Totally recommend.
