I have been using the products from always for many years due to my heavy periods this are the best pads I have found to not stain my clothes. I know it says overnight but I use them during the day as well.

I love using this product when the flow is heavier and I use this product everytime of the month. I would like to improve the wings better so they stick better but easy to use

This is my go to for heavy flow. I typically only use this brand and it helps so much!! The Always brand is ok too but I have found that this is better. I highly recommend

The best brand and type of pads. If you struggle with a heavy flow, these are perfect for you. They don’t move around or leak. They stay in place and are super comfortable. Love the wing detailing as well

I have never had a problem wearing these pads and im a heavy flow women. I always feel dry & the wings help. I love that now you can buy them extra long .

My flow was so heavy that I would have to wear two pads and 2 pairs of underwear for reassurance. This product was all of that in one simple pad that is lightweight! I don't know what I would do without these! Thank you so much!
