I still leak even with overnights during the day heavy blood flow with clots I wish there was a pad for endometriosis that would keep me still dry . .........

I have always had a heavy period since I've gotten my first one. I've been through so many brands trying to find the most durable overnight pads and nothing compares to these. They are actual life savers once a month. I will never use another pad 

What can I say no one likes that time of the month, we do what we gotta do to get through it.  This stay in place and do not slip, they are soft and non irritating which is a good thing.  

I like use those to sleep because makes me feel carefree. I I like to sleep without worrying if it's going to leak or not. So this is very good to have a great and safe sleep

They're pads...what can you really say about them? Some days they work like a charm and others you're like what the what? At night I double up for added protection.

I'm a fan of these, it'll def feel like you're wearing a diaper lol but I never worry about any leaks. I also prefer the wings to keep them in place and they work great.

If I wanted a diaper I would have bought a diaper. If I wanted to buy pads that leak, I would have gone to the 99-cent store. Lately, all your pads are so bad the 99-cent store ones were working fine. But alas no more 99-cent stores.

I have so much trust for this pad that it's the only type I use. it's long enough in the back and the wings also serve as guards for the side. It's thick enough to not worry about anything slipping out.

My go to for the heavy days these make me believe im protected all night and am not going to stain things. If your flows heavy and maybe you have a big butt that blood likes to run off of these are the ones.

I had my 2nd baby (a girl) 6 days ago. I bought these for my post-partum bleeding. They are wonderous!!! When I was using the other sizes of Always pads, I had to use 2 at a time to make sure I didn't leak anywhere. These have me totally covered!!!
