I have extremely heavy periods (lucky me every other week). I've tried them all. Tilted uterus so tampons/Insteads aren't an option. I like the length and the feel of their outter cover and so far no reaction to their adhesive (yeah, a lucky allergy of mine). Dislikes: not that absorbing (changing them hourly or a massive mess), too wide - by about 1/2 - 3/4 an inch easily for me, almost impossible to find unless you want the lemon cleaner scented ones (yeah NO - wrong on so many levels). In general I just expected them to last longer than an hour - being for Extra heavy/ overnight/ maxi pads and I believe the most absorbent ones Always makes. I know no product will meet my needs for overnight but, to use industrial size box pack per period gets a bit tiresome.

My period is super heavy every single month. I am constantly checking my pad to make sure it is getting everything and not going all over my undies. This pad is so long both ways that my underwear is completely protected. I am so thankful that I can go out and feel confident that I do not have to worry about bleeding through this pad. The only thing I would change is making the middle of the pad a little more absorbent.

It’s all I use for years now. It use to be longer though. I’m 5’6 150lbs and a size 6-8. It use to cover front and back without a problem. Now I leak sometimes on my underwear tags. If i would prefer a larger length I’m certain women who are wider than me would want the same as well. I now have to sleep on my side because it’s not long enough to confidently cover front and back as it use to. I slept however I wanted. It was amazing to sleep with such a carefree freedom. They were perfect!!!! I really wished they bring the larger length back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for overnight or heavy flow. I have pcos so I need extra long and extra absorbent and these definitely came through. They stayed put and I had no leaks which is amazing. I have definitely found my new favorite for heavy days and overnight.

They do not stay in place because the adhesive never sticks to my panties.

love the scent it gives so if your changing in public it's a yummy lavender scent and sooo secure you won't have to worry about it going through!

My daughter loves this brand of pads only uses this kind doesn't irritate her skin at all I would highly recommend

TMI but no other pad is able to hold up and keep up for me OR my girlfriend other than these… I could not be any more thankful for these honestly

These pads saved my life. They really works I'd recommend these to anyone that needs extra protection at nigh.
