These are the only pads I will ever use for nighttime. They are so comfortable and I don't have to worry about leakage in the middle of the night. I love this product! You get alot of them for a great price, small package or big, whichever you may need!

slept all night

I was at my sisters and surprise I got my period. I didn't have any protection with me so I was looking in my sister's bath room. All I could find is theses pads. When I put it on it filled my whole panties. I do have a heavy flow. Sometime I got through 8 tampons a day. Also at night I use two pads long ways because I sleep on my back and have had accidents. But with this pad I didn't have to do that. WOW great protection! When I got up after a long nights sleep. I was amazed how much this pad can hold both in the center and the back. Thank you very much!

These pads were my favorite but now quality has become very low and I got rashes after using these. Very uncomfortable. They should improve the quality otherwise length is good. I like equate pads better then these Always Maxi Extra Heavy Overnight Pads With Wings Size 5 20Ct

I don't like the composition and quality.

I have been using pads from this company for quite a long time, but recently you changed some of their ingredients to cheaper ones and added more fragrances, which is not good. Moreover, with such negative changes, the price remained the same. So now I will buy from another brand, with better quality. and I also do not recommend you to buy any product from this brand.

These pads are nothing like the old.

They do not stay in place because the adhesive never sticks to my panties.
