Finally!!!! I wish these were around back in the '80s would have saved so many sheets. I used to have to set an alarm to wake myself up in the middle of the night and still had accidents.

Unpopular opinion but I prefer the bulkier pads to the ultra thins. They’re more comfortable and protect better against leaks. This is my go to pad on my period, it’s reasonably priced, has great protection, comfy and doesn’t leak

They are my favorites and I do not change them for any, they have excellent coverage and you can sleep like a baby without any spillage ideal for those who have abundant fluid, I really love them

I get these every month. Even though these are huge, you can have them on for four to five hours. I love this product a lot and me and my sister uses them every time because the pads helps with flow.

I have endometriosis which means when it flares I have heavy periods. These are the only pads that keep me dry and comfortable all night long on those nights. They are long and they are thick but they get the job done right

I love the overnight Always pads they are the best thing that Always has made. I have very heavy periods. No improvement needed and they are very affordable.

I have so much trust for this pad that it's the only type I use. it's long enough in the back and the wings also serve as guards for the side. It's thick enough to not worry about anything slipping out.
